Receptionist who checked us in is warm welcoming and helpful. Bed comfy and breafast spot on for a kickstart to the day. Christmas markets in Dusseldorf and Cologne are wonderful.

The hotel was modern and well situated unfortunately it is located right next to the main train station and the view was of the platform and the noise during the night was horrible. We couldn’t have the window open to allow fresh air in. The toilet had marks in the bottom bend from the previous occupants. The doors to the main hotel are locked until a certain hour, thus meaning you have to have your key with you, but this wasn’t mentioned at any point on booking in.

I'm a regular customer of this hotel, but I found it is not so good as before, the blanket and pillows are not so clean, when I get into the bed, I can see the dash flying out under the light, I got sneeze, coughing and allergy immediately.

A clean and fairly modern hotel with generally very helpful and friendly staff. The location to the train station is ideal (just a minute or so walk from the main terminal) but you might also hear the trains and trams pass by. Breakfast is included and the breakfast staff are efficient and very friendly. However, the quality of the food wasn’t as good as in other Hampton hotels that I have visited. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linen. There is an incredibly large TV in the room but storage space is somewhat limited. WiFi is free but there is an option to pay for premium WiFi. There’s a ‘business centre’ with a desk and a couple of computers. However, it wasn’t a suitable place for quiet work because of the loud music played throughout the hotel lobby. The small gym was very clean and well equipped. Overall a very good hotel.

I stayed at this hotel many times and for some reason on several occasions including this stay, I was given a room that is designed for people with special needs, which an excellent choice if I needed it. The room is not practical for people who don’t need it and it is not enjoyable at all

Convenient location for us next to the main train station Hbf as we were exhibiting at the Messe every day. Beds were very comfortable, black out curtains, rooms quiet, staff friendly, breakfast ok. Gym was excellent size and good range of equipment

Really like the close proximity of the hotel to the Dusseldorf HBF. Not even a stones throw. It worked out perfectly for my parents who are in their early 70’s and for those who have a tendency to overpacked!

The front desk people are not super nice, quite a bit cold I would say. The hotel is right next to the main station which is really convenient, while the hotel room design are very weird. I stayed in two different rooms for two nights, the first room I got, there’s a door in it which is connect to the room next to me, super unsafe and strange. It means that I have two doors in my room, one is to the corridor (normal one), and the other is to the room next to me!! I don’t like the bathroom design,too…overall not a very impressive experience
