The place was nice I can't complain at all the air conditioning wasn't as strong as I thought it was and the bathroom needs a little bit of tlc. The glass for the shower was loose. The lighting for the ceiling in had an exposed hole in it. The towel rack holder where it used to be had the holder there but no rack which I found strange.

I stay 1 night there, it was just a little complicated the communication to access to the building, and pictures of the rooftop are not update, the terrace doesnt look like that anymore! Except that, the rooms are clean, modern, comfortable with space, very comfy ; )

Cute, clean, great location for exploring the colonial area. Unfortunately we could not stay due to inconsiderate hotel guests and no on-site hotel representative to address excessive noice, hallway fights, music and inappropriate behaviours. Had to end our stay due to fear and frustration from other guests. As indicated in their add….”no refunds”. Paid for two nights, stayed for one and resulted in zero sleep. Tried to contact property representative when issues and excessive noice became unbearable 10:50 pm and received no response until after 5am, just when the loud music shut off and the sexual moaning ceased. Very unprofessional!

Great value for the money I paid.I literally felt like this was a home away from home; that I was living like a comfortable local.The neighborhood is convenient.The only reasons I am not giving a full five-star review for this property are that:1) I wasn't contacted until the morning of my check in on how to access the property (there is no check-in counter - you get instructions electronically on how to open the main door and how to get you keys from a safety box inside)and2) hot water can take a long time to make its way to the showerMy suite had a fridge, utensils, plates, but no microwave.

Very well prepared building.. Clean.. AC excellent... The property is not well distinguished, better sign for street address, needed.. Management, very responsive on the phone and message. Confortable, in the middle of Gascue, where it is hard to find hotels mostly residential, hosptials, government offices. Walking distance to Malecon, easy to transportation.
