The hotel just got remodel everything is new and clean. Service was excellent, friendly workers especially the receptionist. Anything I needed was brought to me and right away. I truly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

The customer service was horrible. The room I paid for wasn’t available. They weren’t trying to help and had an attitude when we asked questions. It isn’t near the beach nor the area to hang out which is how the hotel is advertised. We felt deceived and didn’t appreciate the customer service so I checked out within the hour and left. I won’t be returning there.

I arrived, the rooms were awful and they wanted to charge me more than I booked it for! I refused, and will let my cc company know that we did not stay there! They were awful and insisted on way too much for 2 nights! Totally unacceptable!

Great remodeled property very secure and safe. I bought a bunch of yard art and statues and left them in the back of my open truck bed all night and they were untouched. They have 24/7 security and are constantly cleaning outside and inside.

Clean and comfortable room, had hot water and AC. Didn’t use the tv but also had a tv. Easy to find and access. 5 minute drive from Downtown Rosarito. Check out isn’t until 1 pm which is nice. Affordable as well. Would recommend and come back to stay again.

Receptionist made us park in the front by her booth to get woken up at 3am to someone banging on my door that another guest hit my parked car. Not enough parking should not have guest park where it is unsafe.

Great hotel for a great price. If you stay on the 3rd floor you have a wonderful view of the ocean. It is walking distance to el centro and very secured and safe. The restrooms are a little small but for a quick trip it’s perfect.

Nice place but noisy surroundings. Able to hear neighbors next to us and above us not to mention busy busy insterstate hwy. Did not like that they had to keep my ID for duration of stay. Made me nervous. Why? Keep my CC.

We were woken up at 3 in morning by the cleaning lady trying to get into room. Then when she could not get in she notified security. Security then came and tried to get in. When i called front desk all they said was sorry it was a mistake.

The room was a okay,there is only one plug next to the bed and one plug by the sink which made it inconvenient for people like us that needed to plug more than one sleep apnea machine thankfully we pack an extension cord.

Fiesta Hotel is recently renovated. It is in nice shape. I got a double room. There is privacy in each room. Each room has its own full restroom. TV good, cleanliness good. Spacious good. Noise good.

It was ok, but Its all cash to pay. The gates take forever to open. The Carpet was super dirty. No microwave, no iron, no fridge. not good to stay for a few days.
