Lovely little VRBO cottage!! Highly recommend and would gladly stay at again! Our family of four had some initial hesitations about it being a "duplex" but it's not your traditional townhouse! You have a shared driveway and trashbins/recycling bins but that's all. Everything is very private, you have two entry doors, separated from the main house by hedges. There was very minimal sound transfer because there's only one shared wall. The neighborhood is quiet and scenic. The location is also very close to two major highways and makes travelling a breeze. It was our first VRBO adventure and it was a great experience. We picked this one for the following amenities and were not disappointed!:-1 off-street parking space (and there's actually a fair amount of street parking that is not on a major road)-full kitchen with a coffee bar (at the time of stay there were K-Cup and traditional pot options) and plenty of cookware-in-house washer and dryer (bring your own laundry detergent)-Central HVAC!-2 bed, 2 bath (the beds and couch were very comfortable!)-WiFi- quiet neighborhood at night! If I ever have family/friends visiting the area, I would gladly recommend this cozy space! Thanks to the owners for sharing such a wonderful home!

My family of five had a comfortable stay in this Portland duplex. The owners live in the other half of the duplex and they are very hospitable and responsive. The house is very well equipped with everything you’ll need to feel at home. The location is convenient to many different activities, and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. We recommend staying at this house.

We did a lot of things in Portland and used the Max public transit. This property is so close to a park and ride. Never had to worry about downtown or zoo parking. Close to groceries and good pizza. Loved our time there. Host was nice and accommodating

Our son had surgery and this gave us a nest to care for him. Lovely details in the home shows they really try to delight and surprise their guests. We felt cared for too!

This comfy home was in the perfect location for our weekend needs! Our sons live in Beaverton and graduated from Univ. of Portland. The location was ideal. The house itself was homey and comfortable. There were extra blankets, and plenty of food in the pantry. I even baked a ham in the oven. The owners checked in with us and were ready to provide anything we needed.
