●The Carbon's Second Junior Suite has a comfortable king size bed, balcony access and a spacious en-suite bathroom with ocean views.
●The Third Guest Bedroom features a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom.
●The 4th Guest Bedroom includes an over full bunk bed and trundle along with a smart TV and 2 boucle swivel chairs perfect for kids.

A private courtyard with travertine flooring and stylish seating welcomes you to this private beach home. One car parking garage connects to the house so you do not need to walk on PCH when exiting the car.

Getting Around:
Stay Awhile Villas offers a luxury car rental fleet through its sister company Drive Awhile. Uber is not recommended as it may be difficult to get a reliable lift during certain times.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies.

To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read rule descriptions carefully.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

6) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.

7) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

8) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

9) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.

10) This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

Lastly, by the end of your stay with us, if you feel our service provided to you has been nothing less than excellent, gratuity is always welcome. Just give it to whomever you deem fit!
