Our cozy retreat is located in a peaceful park-side setting, just a short walk to downtown Gulfport with its quaint shops, restaurants, public beach and fishing pier yet close to the beautiful gulf beaches and all of St Petersburg's sites and sounds.

• An office space and portable desk set up in the Master bedroom
• 55" smart TV in the living room, plus smart TVs in both bedrooms
• Fast WiFi that works great inside and out on the patio

• Large paver patio is home to a large sectional for lounging, dining set
for up to 6, as well as a gas grill with grill tools and a fire pit
• At night, start a, pull out the popcorn, pull down the big screen and
power up the projector to watch your favorite show, movie or game
using your own device including PC, smartphone or other multi-media
device
• Set up instructions are provided
• The yard is also fully fenced with a portable gate by the back door for
easy access, but sturdy enough to prevent your four-legged friend from
escaping

• Modern kitchen incudes stainless steel appliances with a refrigerator
that offers filtered water and ice
• Fully stocked kitchen with wide array of pots & pans, blender, toaster +
mini coffee station with Keurig single serve coffee maker. You will arrive
to a starter set of coffee, sugar and creamer.
• We have a small cafe table and chairs set up for two with two extra
chairs located in bedrooms for use, or take advantage of our outdoor
dining

• In addition to a starter pack of essentials, we provide shampoo,
conditioner, body wash and hand soap
• We also provide beach towels and portable multi-position beach chairs
for those beach days

Not only is Gulfport a diverse, picturesque, clean, safe, and quiet-it is accessible and friendly. We had no issues getting to and from various parts of St Pete’s and Tampa from Gulfport, and appreciated our ability to have a place to call home away from the busy cities it’s located next to. The home was perfect! Our host was attentive, communicative, and accurately described the house and expectations for guests. Additionally, the house layout created a comfortable space, and we felt at home immediately.

We enjoyed our two week stay. We had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood enjoyed going for long walks and coming back to enjoy the backyard.

Home was in pristine condition. The backyard was perfect to sit out and enjoy the sun and would be perfect on a cool night with the fire pit. Owners were thorough in their communication and provided everything you might need for a beach trip. Will definitely be back!

The house is very cute and they have thought of everything. Even have some pet supplies in case you bring your furry friends! Which we did and they loved the big backyard. Honestly there wasn’t anything missing. Just a great place.

We found the home extremely clean and comfortable with a backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped. We really enjoyed walking our dog in nearby parks and throughout neighborhood was quiet. It was only about 15 minutes to drive to St. Pete.

This cottage was very nice and was stocked with all items needed for a comfortable vacation. The area was very quiet and very close to Gulfport downtown area. The cottage was designed for your travel with pet(s). Very clean and attention to detail for a pleasant stay. Host was very informative with information of the area and check in information. We will deficiently stay here again when we return to Gulfport, FL!

We were delighted to stay in this very cozy house. We loved everything about it. Super clean. Very well appointed providing everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Twenty minutes from St. Petersburg ocean front. Nice quiet neighborhood. Look forward to staying here again in future visits to this area.

I was so excited to take my girlfriends down from Jacksonville to finally see St. Pete and this place was a hit! Just amazing! It was everything we could’ve hoped for! It was spacious, clean, trendy and everything we could’ve hoped for! The patio set up was so inviting it, was a perfect place for us to hang out and enjoy your evening! Beautiful property, highly recommend staying there!

Close to everything Gulfport. House is nicely appointed with large TV’s in bedrooms and living room. Very cozy, clean place. Suzanne is an awesome host who responds to inquiries quickly and even provided 2 bags of treats for the boys. Will certainly stay here next time in Gulfport. Stellas for breakfast & Pia’s Italian for dinner. We also enjoyed the Jamaican take-out nearby.
