Located on a private drive, situated beneath majestic oak trees with breathtaking sunset views, a private dock on the Wilmington River, and high-end furnishings, you'll never want to leave.

With an abundant amount of space, indoors and outdoors, this home is perfect for short-term or extended stays. Upon entering, you're greeted by an impressive open floor plan, and windows spanning across the back of the home that boasts with natural light. The living and dining room are one voluminous space with tiled floors, and notably tasteful furnishings with elegant artwork that create a warm and inviting feel, while maintaining the homes coastal design. The kitchen has been modernized with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. In the home is a Keurig ,addition to the high-end appliances, you'll find that the cabinets are fully stocked with all of the essentials you need to prepare meals or entertain.
The bedrooms are split amongst each side of the home. The primary suite is just off of the gathering room, and offers a plush king size bed with elegant throws, a smart-television, dresser and luxurious ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Just across the hall, the second largest bedroom is made up with a queen bed, smart-television, large wardrobe and dresser. This room has access to a brick pathway that leads directly to the backyard as well. Lastly, the third bedroom facing the river, is ideal for singles or children, as the bunkbed is made-up with two full size beds. This room can also be used as a dedicated work space.

This is a wonderful house to stay at. Very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you would need. The neighborhood is very quiet, and it is very close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. We had a wonderful time. I would make sure that you have packed everything before you leave. We accidentally left a bag full of baby items and prescription medication and management is stating that the cleaning crew did not report that anything was left.

The property is located on the Wilmington River in a very nice part of Savannah with multi-million dollar homes all around. The property was very clean, comfortable, and decorated in a bougie boho theme. Everything you need was provided for that you would need. Our family loved fishing of the dock in the mornings and evening and of course watching the sunset! Location is great with both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island Beach being only 20 minutes away. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a low key and relaxing coastal getaway!

This house is hidden along the river. The dock was my favorite place to hang out. It was a short trip into Savannah or out to Tybee. We also visited Hilton Head and Beaufort. Whether you are looking for seclusion or just a place off the beaten path, this house works.

My family came down to spend a few days in Savannah and Tybee Island. We had planned in staying in downtown Savannah but once I found this place, we HAD to stay here. It was a short (15ish min) drive to Savannah and not too far to Tybee (although unfortunately not beach weather at that time). The house was worth it!!! Quiet, comfortable, everything you need. Very relaxing to come back after a day of sightseeing. We were thrilled that we saw dolphins in the river. A couple of different times they swam by, they aren’t close but it was still so cool!! I would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and the view was even more amazing. The property looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment, pots/pans we could possibly need and they were very nice, unlike other properties where they are overly used.
We contacted the rental company because we ran out of gas for the grill and they immediately acted to provide us what we needed.
Grocery stores were at the end of the street (1-1.5 miles), restaurants and the drive into downtown Savanah did not take long at all! Highly, highly recommended this beautiful home!
The only comment I have is I wish there some lights in the back yard to make grilling easier, especially since it was winter and gets dark sooner.

This place is in a really nice location and has a beautiful view. Having a private dock available to hang out and fish from was really convenient and fun! Unfortunately the housekeeping was quite subpar, especially for a place that charges such a high amount for cleaning. It's pretty hard not to feel taken advantage of when you've paid a nearly $800 cleaning fee and there are multiple things that are obviously neglected both inside and outside the house. One good thing I can say is that we had to contact the company to ask them to at least remove the trash from outside because the can was full from previous guests and we had no room to throw our garbage away, and they were quick to respond and deal with that, so that was nice.In the future I'm just going to avoid booking places with such high fees to begin with, no matter how great the location might be. It's simply too much of a risk to put a bummer on an otherwise nice trip!

Lucky Savannah gets five stars! They were helpful on the phone and answered all my questions. The check in all was awesome and the house was clean and stocked. The house itself is just okay. The ceiling in the master has pealing paint from a water leak, the spot lights blink sometimes (probably a short from the leak), no outlet cover next to a sink (insurance hazard), and the place is loaded with drain flies. We had to close all the sinks and drains every day to keep the numbers low. It was gross. I expect to encounter a few roaches given the location (we did) but the drain flies ruined the house for us.Also the black dog next door is aggressive and tried to bite through the gate, a sign should be posted because a child could get hurt.I will definitely use Lucky Savannah again and recommend them to others. But skip this property.

House is updated & renovated & A/C works well. Furnishings are high end & comfortable. Huge leather sectional. Master bedroom king size adjustable bed. One queen bedroom but no en-suite bath. It shares a bathroom with the bunk room past the kitchen.
Kitchen stocked with cookware/essentials (S&P, sugar, cooking oil, 2 packets of coffee, dish soap/tabs & a sponge.)
Most important about this property: NO SWIMMING. (The listing is WRONG.) Tides go in and out dramatically. No access from the shore: its a sea wall w/ lots of seagrass, mud/rocks, & oyster beds. No ladder from the dock into the water. The current is quite strong at high tide. Nice to look at, but I would NOT swim there or let pets swim there.
A few drawbacks which other reviews have noted but not yet remedied:
Need new numbers on the mailbox. Check in instructions are detailed to find the drive, but mailbox numbers should have been done by now.
No ceiling fans in the house, and the bedrooms get stuffy at night. We asked and the property managers dropped off some fans for us. Big help!
Kitchen needs more mugs, some potholders, and plastic glasses to bring outside.
No seating out front, only one chair on the pier. Add at least one more on the pier and two out front. Back is well light at night but lights up bedrooms.
No big recycle can out back & big trash was full.

We were in Savannah for our oldest grandson's wedding at the Yacht Club. Our younger daughter, her husband and six-year-old son also stayed with us. We had a slight misunderstanding about a charge for early check-in, but that was straightened out. The house has been nicely renovated with a beautiful setting on the Wilmington River. We didn't find anything we needed but didn't have. Our only negative comments are that the outside spotlight shined though the bedroom window and we couldn't turn it off at night. Also there is no door in the master bath between the sink area and the toilet/shower area even though there is a door frame. This is inconvenient since the sink area is also where the washer and dryer are located. We would love to come back here the next time we have a family event in Savahhah.

This place was perfect for us. We needed a place for us and our adult children and grand dog as we were in town for a funeral. Well stocked with towels and shampoo, soap etc. as well as a great iron for irons g that wrinkle shirt my son brought.

There was no where to sit outside...one chair at the end of the dock. We sat on the fake grass and got attacked by red ants. Thin layer of grease on every kitchen surface. Although a beautiful view and dock is shown there is NO SWIMMING. There are signs when you get there but none on the website. There is virtually no yard..thats why you they dont show it. Its the worst house on the street. There are only 2 dining chairs with a huge table. The dogs next door barked incessantly the entire time we were there. We booked for 4 nights and stayed for 1. There is nothing to do there unless you like to sit inside.

We brought together our Savannah family, our pets, and our boat to this fantastic dock! This home is so modern, remodeled, comfortable, and had all the items we needed for our family gathering. We all had a super great visit here and all beds were perfect for our stay. Happy to have all our pets here which can be a challenge but this host is very pet friendly, all very safe for smart pets that won’t jump off a perfectly structured pier into sharp oyster beds…dogs are too smart for that!
The boat dock was absolutely a highlight, and the views here, being right on the water, was a daily and nightly fabulous experience!!!
We love this home! We were all very happy here, had great meals, great kitchen with lots of storage containers for foods cooked, which can be a challenge when traveling.

Nice location, perfect for my two senior parents (no steps) Unfortunately, our plans to use the dock an sightseeing trips were not possible due to fridget temperatures. Heat pump worked its heart out but managed to keep us warm an comfortable. Only request would be a couple more dining chairs at the table an oven mitts to remove hot items from the oven!!! All other essentials were there. Would rent again, hopefully during better weather.

My husband and I stayed at Gone Coastal for 5 nights in Dec. He was participating in the Savannah Bridge Run. This was our 3rd time visiting Savannah and we stayed in the Historic Downtown the other times. We wanted to experience what staying on one of the "islands" was like. The home is artfully and comfortably furnished. There is plenty of storage /working space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has a great floorplan. We ate lunches and breakfasts in and found the kitchen well stocked for those wanting to do self catering.The house is set well back from the road and includes majestic live oaks with Spanish moss, magnolias, tall pines, palm trees, and azalea bushes- translating to a beautiful walk down the gravel drive!The neighborhood is quiet and is a safe area to walk around. We brought our little dog and the back yard is completely fenced in which is a huge bonus! The dock is so nice, too. The water views from the dock, back yard and dining room/living room windows are breathtaking especially at sunrise and sunset. We will def. stay in this tranquil setting again! The house was extremely clean with enough towels, pillows, etc and great lighting ( inside and out).

The mailbox needs new address #'s, the old ones are worn off to the point we missed the entry a couple times at arrival. The bathrooms desperately need updating, both in form and function. To describe in detail the awkward remodel on the master would take two pages. In the master, the toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall, the ceiling was peeling and the washer/dryer combo vented into the room causing a burning odor and awful steam. Between two bathrooms there was only one towel bar. The smaller bathroom tub/shower combo was old and poorly maintained. The kitchen needs more dishes. As a group of 5, we needed more than 4 coffee mugs each morning. For a three night stay with 5 people were were left one extra roll of TP, no extra paper towel and one garbage can liner. We messaged for more garbage bags and never got them. Oh! AND we got to empty the dishwasher from the folks that stayed there before us. It was nicely decorated but that only goes so far. Location was great.

I brought my parents to stay here with me for a few days. It was our first trip to Savannah and their first time vacationing somewhere other than our home state of TN. It was absolutely stunning! The views and sunsets were amazing. The home was just as wonderful. Well stocked with high end items and decorated the same. You truly feel like you are on a relaxing vacation here. It is also extremely convenient to everything. We were about 15-20min from all the must see sites, shopping and dining options. We will for sure be back. Thank you for making it all so easy and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It seemed to be recently updated and looked great. A couple of things that would make it flawless: update the mailbox with readable numbers, the named Wi-Fi account was not listed in our computer options but we didn’t really need it and lastly there needs to be ceiling fans in the bedrooms, especially the main bedroom. There is a spot for it and a switch and Savannah can get hot and humid. There is only one vent in the main bedroom and it would have been better to have the air circulating. Over all very nice property.
