- Master bedroom ensuite to the master bathroom privately, and has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, a large walking closet with plenty of hangers, you can put as many clothes as you want, and a 40" smart HDTV.
- The guest room has a queen-size bed a working desk and chair, a ceiling fan, and a 50" smart HDTV.
- The bunk bedroom with a portable fan, and a 43" smart HDTV. The futon can sleep 2.
- The guest's full bathroom is in the hallway.
