Welcome to your very own, 1BEDROOM-1.5 BATH with 8 super comfortable BEDS--2 kings & 6 queens, vacation rental attached to the spectacular Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino residence tower, also known as The Jockey Club, this condo puts you right at the center of everything that Vegas has to offer!

The unit has 2 King beds, 6 queen beds, a fold-down couch, and a small dining table. It is 850sq/ft and has a kitchen. It is super enjoyable to socialize with friends (please note no parties).

And if all this wasn't good enough, there are absolutely no hidden fees! What you see is what you pay. No Resort Fee, No Fee for self-parking, etc.


Some side notes:
•Please be accurate with the number of guests that will be staying on the property. Each guest over 4 is $39 per person/per night. Also, please let us know if you plan to have any additional visitors during your stay as well. Any guest staying on the property that was not registered or sent prior notification will be charged a $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation AND the entire group may be asked to leave without refund. This is extremely uncomfortable for everyone and we really do not enjoy doing asking guests to leave, so please be honest when booking. Please Note: The Jockey Club has cameras in all public areas. These cameras are actively monitored and checked for the guest total.

. A security deposit of $395 is required 3 days before arrival. We require the deposit to be paid at least 3 days before arrival. We prefer payment with credit cards. Note: We do NOT accept cash on arrival.

•This property does NOT have a view.

• There is a 3 night minimum on most (but not all) Friday & Saturday nights. We will make exceptions allowing you to stay 2 nights when it is a 3 nt min however, there is an additional charge (charge is based on the 3 nt price with a small discount). Please contact us with inquiries, before you request to book to find out details if you would like only 2 nights or less on weekends. Also, some busy/holiday weekends and convention weeks require 4-night minimum stays.

•This property is The Jockey Club, which is attached to the Cosmopolitan by an elevator. Check-in for this property is at the security office of The Jockey Club, not Cosmo.

•16 people is the maximum. Please note: 11 people will be tight (a great way for you to get to know your party better).

•Bell desk available

•There are absolutely no events or parties in this property. No drinking games (ie: beer pong, flipcup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party in the property. We understand people come to Vegas to have fun and drinking is part of this. We do provide wine/champagne glasses and shot glasses in the unit, just no parties.

-By accepting this booking you agree to take full liability for yourself, your guests, and all visitors. You will be responsible for any and all liability, and damages were done by yourself or others staying with you. You also remove all responsibility and liability from the owner and managers.

-Children are not recommended, but welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

-We only provide the number of towels as the listed number of guests. We recommend, saving your towels by hanging them up after use. If you would like more towels, we have 2 options.
1. There are nice front-load washing and drying machines on the property (coin-operated) that you may use. Or
2. We can provide a daily cleaning service for $60/day that comes with new towels (you can do daily or as needed, please schedule in advance).
* There is a big towel closet next to the pool on the 2nd floor and all guests are welcome to use those towels.

We supply extra garbage bags, wet wipes, dishwasher soap pods all under the kitchen sink in the cupboard for guests to use.

There are 2 elevators that open into the main floor of the Cosmopolitan.

Guests will have full access to this property during their stay. The guests will also have full access to all amenities available while staying with us. Guests will have access to the Cosmopolitan Hotel/Casino by using two of our elevators that open right into their main floor.

Our guests can use the Chelsea pool at the Cosmopolitan at no cost. If you plan to use the Chelsea rooftop pool at the Cosmopolitan, you must ask the front desk at the Jockey Club to add you to the Chelsea pool list. We fax over a list of names at 6 am of our guests that will be using the pool for that day. Your names must be on the list to use the pool. It's best to have your names added the day before rather than trying to make sure you wake up before 6am to get your names added.

You will be staying right on the strip in the middle of all the fun and excitement. We are attached to the Cosmopolitan on the north side. Our neighbor on the other side of us is the Bellagio.
The Bellagio is known for its amazing water shows and you can walk to see the show in less than 4-to 5 min from where you will be staying with us.
We are attached to the Cosmopolitan and 2 of our elevators open right into their main floor giving you access to what they have to offer. You don't have to walk outside or up the road, just use the elevator and it will open right into their main floor.
Right directly across from us is the Miracle Mile Mall featuring all the most popular stores and restaurants.
Restaurants, cafe, bars, clubs, and entertainment is in every direction you look from where you are. Looking for a quick bite to eat, or something more elegant it's no more than a few minutes' walk from our location.
Because of our location and being right in the middle of all the fun and excitement you won't have to worry about driving a vehicle and worry about finding a parking spot. We have found almost all of our guests have found everything they need within walking distance from our location. And for things a little further than you want to walk, there is a Uber and Lyft pick up area right here that we share with the Cosmopolitan.
We have 24-hour security and our parking garage is a secure monitored parking garage to assure our guests have nothing but fun whe they are here.

The best way to get to and from the airport or anywhere around in Vegas is by far Uber or Lyft.

This is the newest addition to our properties and we have remodeled this unit so it feels more like a home away from home than just another hotel room. We invite you to stay with us in our new unit with new beds, dressers, end tables, and all new furnishings waiting for you and your friends or family to come and enjoy.

Our heated pool is on the 2nd floor and is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

We do have 4 gas bbq and picnic areas for our guests to use. These are located on the 2nd floor in the pool area. Feel free to bbq some steaks or burgers and enjoy a nice picnic while you are here.
GUEST’S RENTAL AGREEMENT, RELEASE OF LIABILITY; ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS
THIS IS A LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT. GUESTS SHOULD READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE AGREEING TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, THE GUEST IS PERMITTED TO USE PROPERTY PROVIDED BY STAY-TOGETHER SUITES WITH CERTAIN USE RESTRICTIONS AS A CONDITION FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY. ADDITIONALLY, THE GUEST RELEASES AND WAIVES CERTAIN RIGHTS AND CLAIMS, AS WELL AS ACCEPTS CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
1. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the entire Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Short Term Guest (“STG”), the individual agreeing to be bound by the terms of this document and to use and short-term rental of a property (“the property”) accordingly, and the owner & management. (“Management”). Stay Together Suites LLC (“STS”) shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, wherever STS, Management, or Owner is referred to below such definition shall include all of STS’s members, managers, employees, investors, and any and all Owners of the property.
2. GENERAL RULES; RESTRICTION FOR PROPERTY USE AND RENTAL 2.1 NUMBER OF GUESTS: STG agrees to provide accurate information about the number of guests staying in the property and understand that if he/she doesn’t, a charge of $200/pp/nt fee for the entire reservation will be charged and they may be asked to leave without a refund
2.2 NO EVENTS/PARTY: STG agrees to hold no events or parties on this property. No Drinking games (ie: beer pong, flip cup, etc.). PLEASE NOTE: Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are WELCOME, but you may not have a party on the property. There should be no visiting guests without the owner’s approval.
2.3 NON-SMOKING POLICY: Management has a strict no-smoking policy. STG understands he/she may be charged a $500/fee/per day for the entire reservation for any evidence found of smoking on the property including but not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, and vaping.
2.4 NO PET POLICY: STG understands that the building has a no pet policy. PLEASE NOTE: The Management does NOT allow any animals in at all. Please do not bring your animals to the building. Any animal brought to
