About this apartment rental

6 travellers, 3 bedrooms, 1st floor with lift, balcony-terrace.
Located in an ideal area for families, this 80 m² flat faces the sea and is very close to the shops. South-facing. Uninterrupted panoramic view over the Bay of La Baule. Ideal for 4 to 6 travellers but can accommodate up to 8 (4 adults and 4 children). Blinds inside and electric shutters outside. Balcony terrace with motorised awning, where you can have lunch. The flat is connected to fibre optics and has Wi-Fi and satellite television included. Improvements have been made by the owners in response to comments and suggestions to offer a more comfortable and better equipped flat.

- A living room with satellite TV, sofa and dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- Washing machine.
*Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190). A small desk for teleworking.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a television (terrestrial network).
- Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (sleeps 4).
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.
- Fan.
- Ironing board and iron.

Outside area:
17 m² terrace equipped with an awning and furniture (outdoor tables, chairs) for dining or relaxing. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor electricity socket.

The flat is entirely at your disposal.

The flat is ideally located in La Baule-les-Pins, in very pleasant surroundings. You will enjoy, close by and without taking transport, all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market ... A guide also accessible by QR code will enable you to familiarise yourself very quickly with the flat and the surrounding area.

Activities :
The flat is located 2 minutes' walk from one of La Baule's most beautiful avenues, Avenue Lajarrige. With its wide range of shops and restaurants, there's something for everyone (supermarkets, bakeries, clothes shops, banks, art galleries, cafés, etc). It's a real pleasure to be able to buy hot croissants and fresh baguettes for breakfast every morning!
The beach at the foot of the building offers a wide range of water sports. There is also a tennis club nearby and a communal swimming pool.
Thalassotherapy centre about 100m away, on the Remblai.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat.

- Nearest train station: La Baule-les-Pins (La Baule-Escoublac station is 10 minutes away by taxi)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (connection with La Baule by TER, about 45 minutes)
