Find your bliss at this exquisitely renovated 2700SF, 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 3-story lakeside retreat within a 16-step stroll of beautiful Lake Martin’s shoreline! In keeping with true cottage tradition, it has been named RSVP Tous – which translates in “Lake Martinese” to Relax, Swim, Vacation, Play Together! Ideal for gatherings of friends and family, this stunning home boasts modern farmhouse design influences, five inviting indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and room enough to sleep up to 12 guests. From the terrace-level open concept that unites the kitchen and family room to the sweeping two-tier back porch overlooking the water, this home is cleverly crafted for memory making and together time.
Marking the heart of the home, the kitchen is beautifully framed in white cabinets and granite countertops. Equipped with everything you need, it features stainless steel appliances, including a party capacity ice machine that produces up to 25 pounds of ice per day – ideal for filling up the cooler for a boat ride and picnic on the lake. The adjoining family room is surrounded by windows and bathed in natural light with plenty of cozy seating and board games. This floor also boasts a full bathroom for showering off after a dip in the lake.
To ensure a balance of much-needed me time, the three bedrooms on the second floor all feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and private baths. This level also supplies a utility room for washing and drying those beach towels in between lake adventures. A spacious fourth bedroom on the newly added third floor boasts a bonus room – offering the most awe-inspiring views of the lake. The neighboring “bunk room” features four twin beds, a double futon and a full bathroom – making it the perfect spot for accompanying teens or kids.
A private backyard pier over the water is perfect for casting a line, docking small watercraft or dipping your toes in the lake. Steps on the side offer easy entry for a swim or paddleboarding. Soak up some sun on the large back porch or cozy up by the outdoor hearth under the covered breezeway that extends from the front to the rear of the home. The flatscreen above the stone fireplace makes this a wonderful spot for game days or reality TV binge-watching. If you have a boat, be sure to load it on the trailer and bring it. You’ll have access to a private boat launch.

This house was amazing. Very clean and well equipped for everything we needed. Are three families enjoyed it so much. The three King bedrooms with their own bath was definitely a plus. Our children and teens loved the dog. We did rent a pontoon boat for a couple days which was nice. The drive to get the boat was a little far. We enjoyed the outside space and spent most of our evenings growing and enjoying it. Would definitely come back to this location.

We had a fantastic time at Lake Martin!! This lake home was the perfect place to stay, offering enough space for all of us (3 families), comfortable beds, & plenty of bathrooms!!! Loved the outside space and the private dock! The owners are not only very friendly, easy to work with, but were right next door if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back.

We spent Thanksgiving here this past week and had the family of 6 stay on property. Well equipped. Lots of room to spread out and we never even used the large third floor. The outdoor fireplace was a big hit. Excellent views. Quiet neighborhood. Will stay again.

I will keep this straight and to the point. The launch by the home is amazing! Launched a 26’ deep V center console and 2 waverunners in 10 minutes. Concrete 25’ or more into the water. Deck was great. Out door seating, water toys, fireplace and tv were awesome. Love that the backyard is concrete to water. There is a nice sized grass area on both sides that we used for hammock hanging and frisbee games so don’t let the concrete to deck scare you away. Home is made for families imo. Kitchen and living room combo with multiple seating arrangements. 2nd floor with 3 big bedroom all with their own bath room nicely decorated. And the 3rd floor was perfect for the kiddos with their own living space and bathroom and bedroom with multiplie twins.
Full bathroom on the 1st floor was super helpful and convenient too. House has everything you need. Nice towels, full kitchen need from serving platters, cutting boards, mixing bowls, spatulas, baking dishes and pans and everything in between. If I had to say something negative it’s that I haven’t stayed here and rented elsewhere in the past. Book now, because we are heading back and will not stay anywhere else.

Property is great for being close to water and having every thing you could possibly want to enjoy weekend. TV in breezeway was perfect for watching football games. Bed rooms very comfortable. We are looking forward to going back. This was 2nd time we have rented this property and will rent again next year.

Such a wonderful setting, perfect in every way . Biggest plus was each bedroom had its own bathroom. All cabinets in kitchen labeled so didn't have to open each door/drawer and everything needed. Washer/dryer with kids was great! ONLY downer was something owners had no control over... bad time of year for FLIES! and wasp nests... so would suggest having fly swatters and wasp spray ? But didn't take away from the good time had by all!

The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and everything we could’ve hoped and dreamed of! We brought 5 jet skis and had more than enough room to have them all docked up on the water. The private boat ramp was the ultimate added bonus, making it so easy to get our skis in and out of the water and not having to worry about dropping them in at a different ramp and then finding the home. The labeled kitchen cabinets and light switches made my whole week, as we didn’t have to guess what was what or where things were. Having 3 king bedrooms was perfect for us, as we had 3 couples staying. The third floor is the best for kids and/or extra guests. The two kids that slept up there hardly wanted to leave that space because it’s so perfect and a bit “private” so they really had their own space. I can’t say enough great things about this property. When we come back to Lake Martin, this is the only place we will stay!

The property is a fresh renovation / addition to an original lake cottage. The owners spared no expense with finishes, colors, HVAC, outdoor space and dock. Comfortable hybrid platform beds, all hard floors. The layout is logical and functional. Separate ice maker was a lifesaver for the coolers.
Excellent access to the water and perfect if you bring your own boat; calm waters and a solid dock with plenty of space (we docked our 28’ boat with room to spare).
We will definitely rent here again!

We held our annual family vacation at this beautiful and accommodating lake house. The house and location was perfect! Pet friendly so our two miniature schnauzers were able to join us as well. Having a boat ramp on location and a dock with plenty of tie downs was nice and made jumping on our waverunners for a ride very easy. Lights and kitchen drawers & cabinets were labeled, alleviating the guessing game of where everything is and what switch is for what. Beds were very comfortable and having 5 full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place to celebrate an Auburn graduation for our daughter! Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy; beautiful, cozy interior with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. New dock with easy access to shallow water on the side for little ones to swim. Spacious driveway for boat trailer and car parking. Owners were friendly and went out of their way to help us with our boat. Can’t wait to return here!

Our family greatly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this Lake Martin Lakehouse. (Being able to bring our pets was a big plus!) There was an issue at check-in but the owner dealt with it quickly and fairly. We especially loved being able to sit out on the covered patio...the fireplace kept us nice and warm! Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is really great as well. The kitchen was well stocked (the owner even made a point to send me pictures of what they had in the cabinets prior to our arrival, since she knew we were preparing a Thanksgiving meal...so very thoughtful)! Beautiful sunset views as well. I definitely recommend this house for a large group of family and/or friends.

This house is great! The kitchen is spacious and laid out to flow well with a crowd. Every bedroom having a bathroom is fabulous when traveling with a family of adults only. There was a lot of thought out into the lay out of this house.
The water was clear but chilly because we got some beautiful fall weather the week before we arrived. We rented a boat, put on sleeves in the morning and still got in the water when the sun came out. We had a great family getaway with our adult kids.
The owner is kind and responsive on the one occasion that we contacted them for a minor question.
We will definitely rent again!

This is the best place for families. Quiet place on lake with Great views and space. GPS directions spot on. Sun deck and dock great for any age person or dog due to easy stairs location. The covered area with a fireplace and big TV was our gathering place. Plenty of room for large families. All bedrooms have private full bath. Yep, Awesome!
