It was a great stay. Our adult kids with their families and us all together. Plenty of room and fun for all. Host were wonderful and attentive. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

This home is very clean, spacious, and family friendly. Our ages ranged from 2 to 47, and all were comfortable and entertained. The home is located on the most serene and beautiful marsh. It was a great escape from busy town life!

My daughters, my sisters, my niece and I planned a girls weekend and decide to go to Cumberland Island. There were 9 of us. There was plenty of room in the house to accommodate us all and we each had our own space not on top of each other. It was located very close to the island.
The house is very beautiful, well maintained and the view simply gorgeous. We found everything we needed in the home. And more. The neighborhood was very quite.
The host Lynne and Jay were very easy to contact and work with and even left a plate of cookies for our arrival. They also were spot on with recommendations for dinner and brunch restaurant in the area.
We would for sure stay here again if we are every in the area.

Beautiful house and location! Can’t beat the sunsets here. The house is large and spacious and was perfect for our large extended family (grandparents) gathering. Our teenagers loved the bunk room. Comfy beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Communication was great with the host.

Weddings can be daunting, especially when you’re trying to stay within a reasonable budget and you’re only planning a small one anyways. These hosts have been absolutely wonderful from the start. They let me view the property before even booking just so I can make sure I was choosing the right spot for my small wedding, and yet again right before the big day so I can double check everything. The house easily fit my 20 guests comfortably, and had different spaces to utilize different things. The backyard was perfect for our ceremony, and the sunroom was huge so that’s where we had our dinner. The dock was adorable and the overall peacefulness of the neighborhood was just what we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend this space to anyone looking to have a small wedding, or any nice get together. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay there again some time!

This place was amazing and was such a perfect spot for my groomsmen, myself, and all of their significant others to be able to hang out comfortably and have a good time. Thank you so much to the property owners for being so available to us if there was anything we needed communication was incredible. My wife and I will 100% be renting at this property again.

This is a cute house, with tons of room & a lovely view of the river. Nice touches to welcome you to the property with fresh cookies & a note with contact info just in case there are any questions.

This was the perfect home for our group. We attended a wedding and the location was everything and more. Close to Interstate 95 but you didn't feel like it. Very quiet, serene and just perfect for us. Very clean, spacious and would highly recommend for a family or friends. Thank you for a wonderful place!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay, very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, and everything was as advertised. This is close to so many things around, and there was plenty of stuff to do. There is a lot of room, a lot of very unique areas that added to the experience of the stay. Would definitely recommend.

House was great. 2 bathrooms on the first floor and one bathroom on the 2nd floor. Dock was great for fishing when the tide was right. Lighting on the dock steps would be helpful. Back pirch with windows was a great option for eating meals. House is very close to St Marys which is great for exploring and taking the ferry to Cumberland Island.

The home and property were beautiful! We loved being able to fish & sit on dock. Views were amazing. Dolphins, stingrays, crab, & pink spoonbills.
Our family made long time memories and we’d love to return. Homeowners were so kind and welcoming!

I was thrilled to find this property exceeding all expectations. The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, with many thoughtful extras like the homemade cookies. We loved the sitting area upstairs, drinking coffee and listening to the birds. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, and organized. You can tell the owners take pride in the property. The large bedroom with the seating area was a peaceful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Caught a couple fish and crab off the dock. Perfect for our family of 5 and then some! Nice place to stay that was equal distance to various attractions in the area.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very roomy and good bed situation for the 7 of us. Very relaxing sitting on back porch in the mornings having coffee and watching the tides come in and out. Close to a variety of things to do. Enjoyed very much.

This house was perfect for our group. We loved all the space, the location on the river/marsh area and proximity to Cumberland Island Ferry in St. Marys. It was also convenient to Okefenokee Canoeing and a great place for us to stage our camping adventure Cumberland Island. Also, only about 25 minute drive to Fernandina. Only suggestion we might have is to add chairs to the dock. We would definitely stay here again.

Celebrating my Mother in Law 80th Birthday then went to the ferry at St Mary! Plenty of room for 10 adults and we enjoyed the fresh baked cookies, view of the dock, master suite, fire pit and the room to park. Such a serene enchanting setting we even had an engagement happen!

If I could leave a 10 star review I would do it! When we arrived. The home owner had cookies for us! I’ve stayed at a bunch of houses on vrbo and this one doesn’t even come close to how amazing the whole process has been! The owners are very very nice and very friendly! They have treated us like family! I super recommend everyone that is in the area to come and stay here. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you guys so much!

This property is simply AMAZING! When we checked in there were freshly baked cookies on the table welcoming us. The rooms are huge and very clean! There is plenty of room for everyone. We were able to catch fish and crabs simply by walking down the pier, which is the n the backyard. The owners are extremely nice and willing to assist with whatever you need. We had an AWESOME stay. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the river was amazing, and all the extras from the cookies to the ice cream machine just added to our experience. We look forward to visiting again.

We were blown away by the attention to detail. The home was beautiful and clean. The kids had fun fishing from the dock and catching crabs. The fire pit was nice. Spacious yard with all the room needed for a family fun weekend. The owners even offered for us to stay for a late check out. We had a great time here and will be back!
