This was a great rental. It was exactly as advertised. We have stayed in Townsend often camping and in other cabin rentals but this was the nicest cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a stress free trip.

This property is in the perfect spot close to Great Smoky National Park, Cades Cove, Tuckaleechee Caverns, numerous riding stables, hiking trails and zip lining. After spending the day enjoying the mountains, come back to relax in the hot tub. We were in town for a wedding and glad that we had a couple extra days to enjoy the area. The 2 bedroom(plus loft) with 2 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4. We had great communications from the host with detailed instructions that made our stay very easy and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great cabin ,great location,It is the best rental cabin of many we have booked in the Townsend/Gatlinburg area.It was well furnished and stocked with all you need for an enjoyable stay.We like this spot because it is close to Cades Cove and Gatlinburg where we spend a lot of time.We would definitely recommend this cabin for others and we will be looking to book here again if available as we like to come here every year around this time.

Cabin is very nice. Super clean and the kitchen has everything we needed. Super communication with the host.

We had a wonderful long weekend. The cabin was extremely clean, and the owners added so many extra wonderful touches. They had delicious coffee from a local shop and my children loved the chocolate bear from the local candy shop. It's extremely convenient to walk down the hill to the Townsend walking trail and just right off the main path of the town. The porches/deck/hottub were all wonderful and the beds were very comfy. We come to Townsend several times a year for hiking and events and am so glad we found this cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is as advertised with two separate living areas each with bedroom and bathroom and a loft with twin beds for kids. We didn't use that part. It was clean and well stocked with a gas grill and a hot tub that some of us took advantage of. When I needed anything Molly was right on top of it, but we really didn't need much as everything was pretty much provided. I really enjoyed our stay and we would do this again. There is an identical cabin next door with a common driveway and parking area. It would be a really nice setup for a couple of families or groups to get together but be able to have some separation.

The cabin looks brand new and in excellent condition. The location is mostly quiet, the only noise comes from the parkway and it is minimal. The cabins are well-appointed and very comfortable for family stays away from the busy streets of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. You can be in the park in minutes and there are several local restaurants that are very good.

Love the location. Close to Cades Cove which is why we chose Townsend. The cabin was clean with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will very likely be staying there again if it is available!

Beautiful cabin with easy access to the park. So glad Jarad told us out the Foothills Parkway. The sunset at Look Rock was my favorite!! If you want to be away from the huge crowds this is the place.

This is a great property just a mile or two from Townsend Visitor Center and the Smokies. If you want a peaceful quiet setting this is it. The cabin was immaculate, brand new, and the hosts were attentive and welcoming. Super comfortable for my husband and me but plenty of room for another couple plus a kids loft. Kitchen was well stocked. Look no further, this cabin is a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Townsend this cabin was perfect for our family of 5. We were very comfortable we loved the games that were provided as well as the snacks that were left for us. We loved the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable and we even got to see a bald eagle while we were there. We were about 30 minutes from pigeon forge and it was an easy drive there.

The cabin was everything that is listed. It is only a couple hundred yards off the main road going through town, convenient to local restaurants and national park entrance. It is also only 15-20 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. Our family loved it and will try to book the next time we visit the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Will def stay again. 4.8 stars out of 5. Nitpicky items would be not enough toilet paper in both bathrooms and the sheets seem to be too large for the mattress downstairs making it an odd sleep. Very trivial and won’t deter us from staying there many times. Bragged on it to our Jeep group.

We loved this cabin! It is very new and is well-appointed with everything you need. Kitchen has a full set of new pots and pans, utensils, etc. We appreciated the snack basket and the supply of coffee for the next morning. There were lots of hooks to hang your hiking gear and jackets. The bedside tables had handy usb plugs. We only used the main floor. Upstairs in the loft were two twin beds which would be the perfect place for our grandkids. Downstairs there was a king-size bedroom, full bath, and sitting area. This would be a great cabin to share with another couple. There is a hot tub on lower deck. Upper deck is a great place to have your morning coffee. The location is up from the main road in Townsend but it is a quiet area. We liked that we could easily get to hiking trails. One day we hiked in the morning and then swung by the cabin to have lunch on the deck before heading back into the park. Townsend is small but there is an IGA and several restaurants.

Overall it was a nice cabin and close to many things. The kitchen provided much more than we expected. Spices, oil, every pan/dish/utensil we could have wanted. The gas grill needed a good cleaning so we chose not to use it. Biggest glitch we had was on arrival, it was 80 degrees in the cabin and warmer outside. Tried turning on the a/c and nothing happened. Contacted owner right away and after trouble shooting what we could, we had to live with it for over 24 hours. It was a Sunday and no emergency service was provided. Very happy that a late day mountain storm blew in and reduced the cabin temp about 6 degrees otherwise our entire family would have all had to sleep in the bottom floor of the cabin that has a separate a/c unit. Thankful for the cooler lower floor so the baby that was with us had a safe temp to sleep in.

Townsend is our go to place for a restful and peaceful vacation. This cabin has definitely been one if the best cabins we have rented.
It is convenient to all the stores and restaurants. Not far from Cades Cove which is always our most important destination!!
The cabin was spacious for the five of us with room for a couple more. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. More so than any other cabin we've stayed at. The owners have thought of every convenience.
Rest assured this is the place you want to stay and have peace of mind and a restful and enjoyable vacation!!

We had a great stay. Perfect location for access to the Smokies and activities around town. Loved being able to hop right on the bike path or be in the park within 10 minutes. Cabin was well equipped and suited our needs. We enjoyed being able to have meals in even though we visited a few great restaurants in town. Hosts were extremely responsive to questions and very helpful. Thank you. We hope to stay here in the future!

The quiet side of Gatlinburg lends itself to mom and pop restaurants and quiet trails and this cabin was perfectly situated for enjoying the peace and quiet. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed to make relaxing dinners and enjoy evenings in as a family.

Our son had a weekend sports camp in Maryville but we wanted to also have access to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The cabin was in a perfect location for us to go either direction!

This cabin is in a great quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is newly built and was found to be very clean. The property owners are some of the most kindest and respectful people. Very easy to do business with and love the way they support the military and first responders. We will definitely stay at this cabin again. The cabin and owners are definitely 10⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.🇺🇸

My family was shocked when we first walked in our cabin. The pictures in the listing did not do it justice! It is so warm and inviting, and we had so much more space than we thought we would. We stayed during the Christmas holidays; the owners had put up a beautiful tree and put garland all along the stair rails. They even put lights on the porch rails outside. We really appreciated how homey and cozy it made everything feel. We can’t wait to stay again!

We loved the cabin and location. It was perfect for our daughters college graduation weekend. Very nice, roomy, comfortable and very well stocked , all you had to do was to bring food and a hot tub! It was AMAZING. Owners stayed in touch. Answered any questions we had. We will be back. Thank you so much!

Wonderful, would rent again, just a suggestion a queen size mattress would be great in the loft but honestly I don’t have a single complaint

Our family plus a couple of the kids’ friends had a three night stay here and it was virtually perfect. The multiple levels allowed each group to have its own space. Location is easy to access. Exceeded our expectations and we will definitely book again!
