House is a split-level Bungalow, it has a main house contains the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms. There's an additional 2 bedrooms below, that can be accessed by going out the house and going down the stairs.
The two bedrooms below has a low headroom entrance of 5ft. Both lower rooms have their own bathroom and pull-out bed.
The backyard has a lounge area, kitchen and pool.
The front of the house is a garden and the side is a shared parking area.

I. Prior to check-in
1. Message us for arrangements/ specific needs/ requests
2. Get Verified
> For security reasons, guests are asked to send Valid Government ID w/ picture, sent via chat 24 hrs after booking to proceed. (Confidential between host and guest)
II. During Stay
1. Max of 1 car allowed
2. Respect neighborhood rules
> This listing doesn't include amenities of the subdivision; exploring and photoshoot around the village is prohibited
> Maintain the quiet atmosphere of the area. We do not allow unruly crowds, loud noise, screaming, hooting, loud music at any time
> 9 pm quiet time
> Guests are treated like family and are expected to extend the same courtesy to the community
3. Most establishments in the area close by 8-9 pm. For security, subdivision also limits entry at 10pm. As much as possible, we request guests to be inside the house by 10pm. Food deliveries can be done from 6am to 10pm.
4. No smoking inside the house

For safety and security purposes, there is an outdoor CCTV at the front, back of the house pointing towards entry points, and driveway. These are not private spaces. Home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds, it simply monitors the noise level. Smoke detectors installed in every room
