About this cottage rental

Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

Such a cute, cute place! I’ve stayed here several times now in Cottages 2 and 7. Love it! So close to the beach and town! Cottages are always clean! Nina is easy to contact and readily available.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the staff, especially Nina, were incredibly friendly and efficient.This cottage exceeded our expectations! My wife Kim, especially liked the location. It was fantastic - 18min on foot to the beach and only few minutes to the restaurants/bars.Very Clean and Comfortable. The room decor and amenities were nicely done, very comfortable and the sleep quality was excellent.And AFFORDABLE!Bottomline, 10 out of 10 stars and we will be returning to this gem.

I really enjoyed my stay in Rockport. Never been. The cottage was perfect. Close to the beach. The property was really nice as well. I'm not used to having such nice lush grass. Being next to a main road, you would think you would hear traffic but it was quiet inside. Just FYI, if you are not used to a Roku tv, you will want to download the Roku remote app. The actual remote doesn't haven't volume buttons apparently. Nor does the TV from what I could tell. Everything was great and I would highly recommend.

Location was amazing, beach was literally right around the corner. Place looked exactly like the photos, and very quite. Would definitely come back here!

Well we first were in a unit 3 and were shockingly awakened at 7 am to pounding in the next room. Thought someone was coming thru the wall. Called Ms Nina and she assisted us very quickly and moved us to unit 5 which was away from the noise. I do want to inform you all that we did have a small problem with fleas in that unit. I know it’s pet friendly but would recommend treating for fleas in that unit. We had to wear some tea tree oil to keep them off away after my wife had been bitten quite a bit. All and all we had a great stay and wonderful time in Rockport. It’s our go to place to get away at least twice a year. Big shout out to Ms. Nina who was very awesome, kind and super helpful. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is off of a busy street and there is a construction site across the street. This is not their fault but it was pretty noisy. This is the perfect spot if you have a family thing or a few friends because there are several cabins.

It was so nice to stay in a cute cottage rather than a hotel room, so I'll be returning to it next year when I visit. Cutely decorated, just right size for my needs, and great communication with the property manager and her timely responses. Couldn't have been happier with my decision to stay there.

I wrestled with remote to turn t heat several times during t night and in the morning but to no avail.We we're quite cold. It was not until clearing the closet that I discovered a space heater tucked away in the back. We had no idea it was there. Otherwise all else was satisfactory. Thanks

Cottage 2 was perfect for a single or two guests. It was well kept and clean. The grounds were well maintained, and the rocking chairs are a perfect touch. Almost everything is within walking distance or a short drive. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay.

The cottage itself was clean and cozy. My favorite part was the excellent water pressure in the shower! The property has plenty of cute coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants around it. It’s also dog friendly, we brought our two dogs and we were very happy that there was a whole grass area with a doggy station and they were very relaxed in the cottage.

My husband and I booked this for our first wedding anniversary weekend and it was great! The cottage was really cute, very clean & overall everything we needed for our little getaway with our dog. The bed was comfortable and we were given plenty of towels in the bathroom. Very convenient that this property is pet friendly as well! Will definitely be booking again in the future.

Awesome place for a quick getaway from home! From the beach to restaurant everything is very close by! Very clean place. May need to spray for mosquitoes but a very cozy place to stay. Any suggestions would be if you have a big vehicle it is best to park in there second parking location behind the church. Would definitely stay again

This little bungalow was perfect for my long weekend in Rockport for a wedding. The backyard was great for our dog and the house was so comfortable. Love the backyard sitting and the view to the bay. Very clean and quaint.

Nice property & very easy to communicate with. I had a death in the family, & they were so nice about moving my days out, since it was too late for a refund. Cons- lots of construction going on all around the property, so it’s noisy. I live in a rural city, so not used to the noise.

The room was clean, decorated cutely, and temperature was perfect. No check-in process which was nice. Close enough to where we wanted to be. Only complaint was the bed wasn't that comfortable. But great place to stay and great price.
