Gutes Hotel

Ausladendes Buffet zum Frühstück, gute Lage in Strandnähe (5min zu Fuß), aber man kann sich auch mit dem Elektro-Wägelchen fahren lassen. Motorbike Verleih im Hotel.

Stil der Einrichtung altbacken, Frühstück teilweise ohne Suppe / Lokalen Spezialitäten wenn weniger Gäste da sind

Прекрасный, большой отель с традициями французской кухни

Отличные, большие номера. Разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Вид на море (но отель на второй линии, поэтому внизу видны крыши мелких магазинчиков). Приветливый персонал. Все прекрасно. Останавливались всего на 2 ночи. Муйне сильно изменился после пандемии, поэтому приняли решение сменить локацию.

Несколько раз за 2 вечера отключали свет в номере. Кратковременно, минут на 5. Не очень серьезный минус, но… Лифт тоже застревал во время отключения.

Le personnel super gentil, la chambre très belle et spacieuse avec vue sur la mer, le déjeuner impressionnant et bon

Seul problème des odeurs dans la salle de bain, le personnel m’a proposé de changer de chambre mais à 2 jours de mon départ j’ai refusé , il ont décidé de mettre un diffuseur de parfum pour palier ou problème

Amazing hotel with excellent service and facilities

Hotel was amazing, very modern and luxurious. Staff were great. Excellent location and amazing value. Roof top pool was stunning with a great view of the ocean.

방이랑 침대, 화장실 전부 깔끔하고 만족스러웠어요. 무이네에서 가장 높은 빌딩이라 무이네 전경이 잘 보이는 점이 좋았어요! 수영장도 넓고 깨끗하지만 좀 더 높은 층에 있었다면 좋았을 것 같아요. 그래도 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 숙소 앞에 과일 가게에서 사먹는 망고도 진짜 맛있었어요

조식 가짓수가 적은 편이고, 맛이 뛰어나지는 않았어요. 그리고 객실 안 냉장고가 시원하지 않아요

Modern feeling rooms, nice hospitality but lacking breakfast

Room was spacious, clean and modern. The door could have had better noise proofing, but otherwise 0 issues with the room. Pool was nice, big and well maintained. Kids playground was next to it, so kids had a chance to play and swim. Hotel manager was super friendly.

Breakfast was a let down. Didn't feel too fresh, was very much towards Vietnamese taste and lacked international options like omelette or porridge. Also no coffee machine... Gym didn't have working AC and window opened just a little bit so it got hot very quickly. Location is so-so. Beach in Mui Ne is dirty and very narrow, so don't come for the beach. Also there aren't too many good options for food and activities around. We took a taxi every day somewhere. But spent first half of the day by the pool which was nice.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên phục vụ tận tình chu đáo, từ lễ tân tới nhân viên phục vụ. Khách sạn tuy cách bờ biển chừng 150m nhưng có xe đưa đón bất cừ giờ nào khách muốn ra biển tắm, bãi biển sạch sẽ. Gia đình tôi có mẹ già nên nhân viên phục vụ rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ. Tôi hài lòng với việc đặt khách sạn này trong kỳ nghỉ. Tôi và gia đình tôi sẽ còn quay lại khách sạn này.

Thông tin từ Booking cho khách sạn chưa chính xác. Nhưng rất may nhân viên khách sạn tận tình giups đỡ

Superb

Very clean and comfort. Nice view from balcony. Good breaksfast! Super nice service! Beach is cross over street, and we were transported with hotell electric shuttle to beach, only 150 m distance away.

Lovely rooms, let down by quality of facilities

Very clean and modern rooms with helpful bell boy and reception areas.

The other staff teams were not as helpful and facilities closed earlier than advertised on the hotel manual. For example, the rooftop bar and restaurant were not open at 9pm despite being advertised being open until 11pm, and then for the swimming pool, the staff member not very successfully tried to get us to leave at 7pm, saying that chlorine is put in the water at 6? The spa facilities are mediocre, quite small rooms with no air cons or ambience and they charge you extra for the sauna.

Breakfast was good.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was well stocked. The Vietnamese coffee was too strong, much stronger compared to other places. The bed was large and comfortable.

Unfortunately the Hotel only provided Hotel guided channels, but not for customers to use their own Apple TV box.

Air conditioner got us sick

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast too.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room did not work properly. When we were outside, the room always cooled down to 20 degrees. Which is a huge temperature difference to the outside temperature. One time during the night there was a power failure (two times on the day too.) And because of that, the room cooled down to 20 degrees again and we got all sick. I have one child and one baby and they also got sick. Furthermore, on two separate occasions, we had to call the front desk to request assistance in turning on the air conditioner because it was not functioning properly. Even Though we complaint, they did not say or do anything and don't respond to any emails.

clean and comfortable. warm welcome drink. friendly staff. new equipment. nice swimming pool. close to the beach and restaurants.

breakfast was not so food, less choices and not tasty. the restaurant was small and crowded. one of the toilets was smelly badly but they couldn’t fix it. elevators were fast but there were only 2 for guests, that’s why it needs a lot of waiting time to go up and down, especially rush hours.
