Great location, very close to Shepherd's Bush Central line stop, Goldhawk Road Hammersmith & City stop (and also Shepherd's Bush Market stop). Close to very good bus lines, e.g. 72. It's between a Sainsbury's to the south and a Tesco to the north. Close to Westfield. Good shower. Comfy bed. A compact but good kitchen with all the utensils you need. Even has an espresso machine. Easy keyless entry to the building and room - no lockbox to break a fingernail on!

Great place. Location is marvelous. Walking distance to Bus 94 and Goldhawk tube station. Sainsbury and Tesco can be found nearby.

The studio was small but cozy, looked exactly like on the pictures, everything was new and clean. There was coffee machine with coffee and even tea was provided. You could find there also toaster and hair dryer, even iron for use. It was really close to bus stops, and Circle line stops and 10 mins walks to Central line. The street was nice and quiet.
The stairs to get to studio were bit narrow so would not suggest the studio to anyone with handicap

The good things are definitely the location as it is just 3 mins walk away to goldhawk station and 4 mins away from Uxbridge road which has so many restaurants specially great for arab travellers and muslim tourists .
The kitchen is enough to prepare a meal and has the basic utensils.
The price per night was around 90-100 pounds per night with a 100 pound fee for cleaning after your stay . Considering the area the price was nice and affordable
The reason i will rate it 3/5 are the following:
The studio is below ground in a basement like setting and to get there you need to go down a very narrow staircase , although the neighbors have sturdier and larger steps to go down ,these were very thin and hard to climb down specially if you had elderly people or kids with a stroller or heavy luggage . I Had a really hard time carrying children up and down and not to mention the heavy suitcases ,I will post pics to show exactly what I mean.
The second thing was the bathroom sink , it was designed in a very painful manner , as you can see in the picture the distance between the tap and the sink is so thin that you have to swipe your hand across like a credit card . I hope the owner notices this and takes action.
The last thing I must point out is regarding how unclean i found the place as there are litteral spider webs just behind the door lock system and the moss on the stairs and near corners .
The place is overall ok but hopefully the owner looks into the above points to be even better .

Para aqueles que vão sabendo que não se trata de um hotel, é uma acomodação perfeita. Existem duas estações de metrô muito próximas, a rua onde se localiza o prédio é bem residencial, mas há ruas comerciais nas pontas, onde é possível encontrar uma variedade enorme de restaurantes dos mais diversos países. Além disso, o shopping Westfield está a cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada.
A cozinha é muito bem equipada e a utilizamos bastante para o café da manhã. No geral, o quarto é muito confortável, esteja muito limpo e com um perfume muito bom. Foi uma excelente escolha.
Chegamos até a utilizar a máquina de lavar roupas, que está disponíveis aos hospedes no andar térreo e no subsolo.
A comunicação com os anfitriões é excelente. Sempre respondiam o mais rápido possível e até mesmo nos permitiram fazer o check-out às 11h.
Como havia visto em outras avaliações, o banheiro realmente é bem apertado. No entanto, o chuveiro é excelente.
A escada para os andares superiores é bem estreita.
A questão de abrir as portas com códigos, chegou a me incomodar em relação à segurança. Mas durante nossa estadia, não tivemos nenhum problema.
De modo geral, não há algo que eu não tenha realmente gostado.

La salle de bain est très petite.
La propreté laisse à désirer. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie. C'est pour moi un endroit très important et la propreté et les équipements sanitaires adevraient être impeccables. C'est vraiment dommage.

La ubicación junto a las paradas de metro es lo que más he valorado del alojamiento.
El anfitrión reembolsó dinero tras nuestra mala experiencia.
El ático que solicitamos está en un tercer piso sin ascensor. Aunque la ayuda fue ofrecida, tuvimos que cargar nuestras maletas nosotros mismos, porque no había nadie que nos ayudara.
Solicitamos entrar de 11-12 de la mañana y no hubo respuesta. Cuando llegamos a las 12:35 el ático estaba totalmente sucio de los huéspedes anteriores. Nos dijeron que esperáramos una 1 hora y lo recogieron.
Las toallas y los utensilios de limpieza estaban sucios y olían mal.
La nevera está a 1,5 metros de la cabeza de la cama y no deja dormir por las noches. La tuvimos que desconectar y no poder usarla.
Lo peor de todo fue que el metro, que pasa a unos 40 metros al mismo nivel que la habitación, haciendo un ruido tremendo que no deja descansar. Esta información no aparece en ningún lado y debería saberse.

It is very close to the central London. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities. The host has tried to incorporate all the basics in the kitchenette which helped us to prepare some breakfast in the morning. Overall good experience.

The location is handy for concerts in Shepherds Bush Empire and it is close to shops and public transport without being on a busy street. No noise on the street for the most part of the stay.
Cutlery and kitchenware available. Tea towels and hand paper towels.
They were kind enough to transfer my baggage from the basement studio to the 3rd floor studio when I changed rooms.
For the first nights we stayed on the basement and that studio was not clean and was in great need of repair (mold in the shower, the shower hose and head need to be replaced, ships on the floorboards in the room).
I called the phone number I was given and fortunately someone showed up to hoover the place, clean the oven and replace the bed sheets that were stained. I was tired from a long trip and this "welcome" was quite disappointing. I didn't get any refund or apology. It is not the way to treat guests.
For the other nights I stayed on a single bedroom studio on the 3rd floor that was in better conditions and clean enough. The guests staying in the room next door were very noisy, even talking loudly next to my door at night.
Be aware of the steep narrow steps.

O ambiente do quarto é bom, tem um espaço suficiente para um casal. Tem uma decoração suficiente para atender duas pessoas com conforto. Tem um rebaixamento do teto no apartamento que fiquei no terceiro andar, bati a cabeça algumas vezes, mas nada de muito irritante, acostuma logo. A acústica não é das melhores, consegue ouvir as conversas do apartamento vizinho. Fiquei com o apartamento virado para a rua, não há incomodo de barulhos externos.
Wifi muito bom, canais de TV também disponíveis para quem gosta de assistir filmes.
Bairro bom, acesso a vários restaurantes, bares e mercados. Tem estação de metrô e ônibus próximo. Tem um grande shopping a menos de 2km com uma variedade grande de lojas e restaurantes com comidas orientais, europeias e outras.
Bom suporte do funcionário que trabalha no prédio ao usar a máquina de lavar.
Viajei com o meu filho, prefiro alugar quartos com camas de solteiros, dessa vez não consegui. O quarto tem uma cama de casal que poderia ser um pouco maior.
O que mais me desagradou foi a escada. Acho que deveriam ter nos informado sobre as escadas. Subir uma mala de 23kg em uma escala estreita por 3 andares não é para qualquer pessoa, logo, se tivéssemos alguma incapacidade física seria inviável subir os 3 andares todos os dias, bem como carregar esses pesos.
Check-out muito cedo. Anfitrião foi cortês ao me conceder mais uma 1h, contudo a maioria dos lugares que fico é 12h, neste é às 10h.

La posizione vicino alle metro
La scala scomoda per scendere alla stanza , la puzza di muffa forte e sgradevole appena entrati nel corridoio che portava alle stanze ; la stanza era unica con due letti e angolo cottura Tutto insieme , considerando che eravamo 4 persone non c’era minimamente privacy.
Il bagno se così si può chiamare era veramente piccolo , il lavandino era talmente minuscolo che era quasi impossibile anche lavarsi il viso , per chiudere la porta infatti bisognava spiaccicarsi contro la doccia altrimenti si rimaneva incastrati.
Non era neanche possibile attaccare il phon nella presa in bagno ; quindi costretti ad asciugarli nella stanza principale ed unica quindi rendendo ancora più impossibile in 4 persone il coordinamento.

The apartment is very small. As a place to only for sleeping for one person it's OK but if you need to work it doesn't meet my expectation. The room doesn't include a wardrobe or a chest of drawers to hide clothes. Unfortunately the walls are not soundproofed, so you can hear the neighbours.

La posizione è molto comoda, si trova vicinissimo ad una fermata della metro, sono inoltre presenti altre due stazioni metro a circa 1 km. La zona è ben fornita di ogni cosa, a 700 metri è presente Westfield un grandissimo centro commerciale dove si può fare shopping e cenare, inoltre il quartiere è abbastanza tranquillo. È possibile raggiungere facilmente il centro anche in autobus.
Ci sono diversi appartamenti, io ero al secondo piano, ogni monolocale è dotato di pavimento, angolo cottura e bagno con doccia.
Nell’appartamento erano presenti sia la macchinetta del caffè che il bollitore per il te, il phone ed una presa da usare come adattatore per le prese Italiane.
La stanza è confortevole ma abbastanza piccola, ideale per 2/3 persone che viaggiano per pochi giorni con lo zaino perché gli spazi sono molto ristretti.
Nonostante non ci sia la moquette, in pochi giorni si è riempita di polvere.

Pelo preço que se pratica em Londres é um bom alojamento e certamente marcarei numa proxima viagem.
A limpeza podia ser um pouco melhor. A casa de banho era muito pequena e nao trocaram as toalhas durante a nossa estadia, so tinhamos 1 conjunto de toalhas (pequena e grande) cada pessoa para os dias todos.
