About this house rental
Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Bedrooms each have a queen bed and living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen mattress. Located a few minutes outside of Marquette with easy access on US 41. House is fully furnished has a full size kitchen, spacious living room, and deck to relax on.

My family of five (three grown boys) stayed at this place in Marquette. Communication was great and check in was super easy. We had plenty of kitchen supplies, plus dish soap, dish washer soap, cleaner, trash bags, pots and pans etc... Even spices and coffee with filters. Many VRBO's I have rented do not have these extras so that was amazing. House was clean and check out was really easy in this VRBO. We grilled on the patio one night which was nice for our family just to chill. This is connected to a small business through one door and two separate private doors. It works perfect and we didn't even know they were there. From other comments I had the vision that this was a store and others were coming in and out. NO, it is totally private. I loved the color coded bath towels which is amazing in our family to keep it straight. The road noise is pretty loud between normal hours but definitely lightens at night. The huge TV also drowns it out. Can't hear it at all in the master. Lots of extra towels, sheets and pillows. Pull out bed is not really comfy, but I have never had a pullout that was. We were grateful it was there to fit our family. So all good there. So happy we booked this place and the price was perfect. Thank you so much.

Beautiful and spacious house located very close to Marquette. Check in process was extremely easy and hassle free. Made an excellent jumping off point for the hiking and other trips that we did while in the area. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for a mountain bike trip. Nice convenient location to lots of trail heads. Overall very clean and comfortable. The location on 41 could be a drawback for some if your looking for a quiet neighborhood, but the convenience of being able to quickly get where you wanted was nice. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

It’s so much better staying in a house instead of a hotel. This house was a perfect two bedroom. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. Loved it!

Super clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra beding and towels if needed. Kitchen had all the amenities (pans, dishes, etc). Will stay again!!

We rented this property for the a long weekend as my husband was running a 100 mile race between Marquette and Ishpeming. We knew we wouldn't be at the property much, but wanted someplace we could come and go as we needed.
The house is perfectly situated and easily accessible. I was a little surprised to find out the property shares a business entrance, but it wasn't too disruptive.
The beds are very comfortable and the appliances and ammentities are exceptionally clean and in good working order.
My only suggestion would be to stock a few pantry and fridge items such as cooking oil/spray, condiments, coffee, etc.
Will definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to our next stay!

Place was very clean with what looked like new amenities. Plan on bringing your own spices, coffee etc, for cooking, but they do have pots/pans dishes etc Even though it’s on a busy road, you do not hear the traffic inside. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at Brian’s rental. I had to change dates a few times and he was patient with me and easy to work with.
The house is cute, cozy, and really important to us, CLEAN! We were in town for my son’s move in at Northern Michigan University and it was in very close proximity to the college and downtown Marquette. Would highly recommend.

Very cute property, only a few minute drive to downtown Marquette, shopping, and hiking trails. The house was perfect for our family of five. It was incredibly neat, clean and clutter free.

Very clean and good security but surprised no washer/dryer available and bathroom fan was irritating. Highway noise was noticeable and it would have been helpful to receive access information before we left on our trip. Overall rating: average-good

Great stay! Beds were very comfy. They had everything you'd need to prepare meals and coffee. Didn't realize it was attached to his business but we were barely there during the hours of business so it was not a problem. Only downside was the noise from the busy road out front. Luckily the bedrooms were on the back of the house. My son is a heavy sleeper so he was fine on the sofa sleeper.

We found everything we could want in the home. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. It was conveniently located. We would highly recommend this home.

Great place for 5-6 people. Check in was hassle free and owner had house supplied with everything you need. Clean house, three large tvs, grill/patio. Good sized kitchen and dining room.So glad we stayed here. I definitely recommend it.

This property was a great place for my family and I to stay for our first visit to the UP. It is close to Marquette with it's variety of restaurants, craft breweries and quaint shops. It is also just a short drive to places like Presque Isle Park, Sugarloaf Mountain and the Marquette Lighthouse. The house is immaculate, cozy and comfortable and it is a great place for a small family or a couples trip.

The property was not far from target and I made an online order for pick up for groceries right when we got into town. It snot far from town and we enjoyed exploring the campus with our son who is a senior (10-15 min away) and hiked (about 20 min away) and expored downtown (10 min away). Our teens enjoyed all of the TV's and the pull out couch was compfortable.

Hub and I stayed at Anona's abode for a MTB break. The accommodations were perfectly located, comfortable, well stocked with cooking tools, and clean. We especially enjoyed grilling and dining on the deck, despite the traffic noise. Also, Brian is a thoughtful host :) Thanks!!!

Was a perfect location for our daughter’s NMU move-in weekend. Had the BEST stocked kitchen of any VRBO place that we have rented! Seemingly brand new pots and cooking sheets, plenty of utensils and silverware. Brian was an excellent communicator and I would rent from him again! 😊

This was a great place for our family to sleep while in town for a race. Property was spotless, location was accessible, beds were all comfortable and it was stocked with anything you might need. It is on a main road but the bedrooms are in the back and it wasn't a problem with the noise at all. Also every room came equipped with a TV and WIFI was great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good spot to stay in Marquette!

Brian was a wonderful host! He was extremely accommodating and thoughtful, especially of the children (he even called us to make sure that they weren’t napping when he knew he would have to be making some noise around the house). The house was great and the kitchen for cooking that we needed! Thank you, Brian, for helping make our time in Marquette so great!

Bike Race
We were in Marquette area for a bike race my husband was in. This was the perfect house for us to stay in because it was convenient to all areas of Marquette. It also gave us a chance to rest and spread out while coming and going throughout the weekend. The house was very clean and easy to manage. Good choice for what we needed.
