I stayed at this Hilton as part of workshop held at their meeting facility. The Hilton is across the street from a Metro stop, and so is very convenient. There are many eating choices within walking distance, and a market across the street. The hotel is fine. Accommodations were up to Hilton standards with particularly large rooms, large screen TV, very good selection of channels, well functioning internet. Housekeeping was daily, which was appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful, finding me an umbrella during a downpour. All said, very happy with the hotel. The local neighborhood is not ideal for jogging. There is a fitness center and an adjacent underground parking structure that provided a place to jog during the rain.

The rooms are large with queen size beds. The location is on the main road, close to shopping, restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel is clean, quiet and safe. Parking was easy, and there are restaurants and a grocery store on the other side of a side street. Staff was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

I requested microwave and extra towels 2 days before my arrival time and the hotel replied me that it will be provided but when I arrived nothing was provided ahead of time. The person who checked me in was very unpleasant the whole time I was standing, there was no welcome no hello no thank you. He seemed that I came to wrong place. The door was not closing all the way did not feel safe with for the night and there was all noises coming from the hallway. Everything was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I will never be back to this hilton for sure.

I would have to say that the beds are super comfortable that I kept extending my stay. The front desk staff including Tabbie was very attentive and I love her personality, also not to mention Evelia the morning waitress is very passionate about her guests that she serves and I love that.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS that a hotel in Rockville would block off all standard parking around the building, and then charge Hotel Guests $25 per night (while charging Visitors $10 for an overnight 8 hour option) for parking.
Should have been a red flag when the Hilton site was also $30 per night more expensive than booking through Expedia.
So much for Hilton HONORS....

Very unusual room location. Our room overlooked the large event space with no sound blockage. We found it strange that our window opened up to a hallway and interior space. That being said the room was clean and the mattress very comfortable.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT OUR ROOM HAS TWO DOORS ENTRANCE AND ONE DOOR THAT COMMUNICATE TO OTHER ROOM, WE HEARD ALL THE NOISE COMMING FROM THE CONNECTING ROOM

The facility was very clean, great staff when I checked in. The only draw back was the hidden fees that was revealed to me after I was there. Parking fees that was not disclosed when making reservations.

Property was clean, easy check in. Only downside was that prices were higher than normal for food and drinks.

Late check in was a torture. I was told in no uncertain terms that reserving a room there through a third party agency was not at all recommended. I was even told that I will not get any Hilton Honors points for doing that. I did not feel welcome at all. And they gave us a room where the noise levels were unbearable. It was a room which had a door to the next room and the folks in the next room were making so much noise could not sleep well. No proper day light into the room. All in all a terrible experience. the only reason we even booked here was because of an even being held at this hotel. Best to avoid if you are booking through Expedia or other third party apps.

Great restaurant and coffee shop on property

The air conditioner didn't work and we didn't realize it until we returned to the room late the first night, so we did not get a good night's sleep because the room was very warm. They did fix the air conditioning the next day but they should have checked to make sure everything was working before we arrived. Housekeeping could have made someone aware, possibly. Also - the refrigerator was broken. We didn't report it because we were too busy and decided we just would not use it during our stay.
Lastly, the food display that was purchased as a gift in the room came with microwave popcorn but there wasn't a microwave in the room. Why would they have included popcorn that wasn't already popped? Very strange. Not very good attention to detail. We asked for late check-out which they said they would allow until noon but, according to the confirmation I received from Expedia, check out was already at noon. The only reason I would stay here again is because it is right across from the metro station.

Jsut and older facility - need to be redone. Room was clean. The front desk staff was solid but waited forever to be get seated at the restaurant for breakfasts - literally five minutes before I had to flag someone down. Everyone was very nice however
