Cottage cheese ceiling?? Tub needs to be redone. Looks gross.

The Embassy is a pleasant place to stay. You basically know what to expect. It’s a great value in terms of space. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all exceptionally nice. The evening reception was fantastic - I enjoyed 2 cups of wine and some delicious fresh snacks: veggies/ranch, chips/salsa, and pita chips/hummus. The chips were fresh cooked in house, and the veggies were clean and crunchy. The downsides were: 1) My room service dinner. I ordered a salad and slice of chocolate cake. Can’t go wrong, right? None of it was good. Even the chocolate cake, and I’m not picky. 2) Nobody came to take room service food trays away from outside the rooms. When I arrived at 4pm, there was a tray outside someone else’s door. I ordered dinner that night and left my tray outside the door at 7pm. When I left the next morning, both trays were still there. It’s not a huge deal but just made it feel kinda gross with food being left out all night. The free breakfast was okay. It’s not what it used to be. The waffles were soft and cold. But overall there were a lot of foods to choose from, including eggs, potatoes, sausage, danishes, bagels, omelets, coffee, etc. I would stay again because the rates are good and it was comfortable. I would just eat out next time for dinner instead of getting room service.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean but very run down in the rooms. Our shower has broken. We were able to use it thankfully. It was built in 1990 and appears to not have been renovated since. The restaurant was good and the staff was fantastic!

The hotel was great. The staffs were kind and courteous especially at the breakfast area. The only negative experience was a 2 inch cockroach coming out from my bathroom sink one of the mornings.

The establishment is well kept, with some ongoing renovations. Tranquil place. In the center they have a courtyard with skylights letting in light. Everyone hangs out here, drinks coffee, works on laptop, etc. All staff at this hotel are customer service oriented. They were accommodating with changing the sheets out upon arrival due to small blood stain. They went out of their way to locate our phone we forgot at check out. Tania and Mel working the bar/ restaurant are also customer service oriented and kept everyone entertained throughout the night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Upon arrival I was assigned a room. With luggage in hand I went up to my room, and my key did not work. Fine. Got assigned a different room and was extremely disappointed by the condition of the interior. There was mold in the bathroom. Tub was in horrible condition. Water barely turned warm. Worst of all, after I woke up I notice a movement next to me and saw a black bug crawling next to me. I jumped up pulled the pillow up and noticed two more. I was extremely uncomfortable

Room was dirty had an mildew smell when walked into the room . Carpet next to the sliding door that lead to the balcony was soaked bottoms of the curtains were moldy or dirty not sure which one but they forsure had black spots no towels in the room I had to ask the front desk at midnight for towels no hand soap no towels smelled strong of bleach honestly really bad hotel dirty smelly and staff was not help full wouldn’t stay there again
