It's close to Camp John Hay. Free first refill of drinking water.

Quite far from the city. The unit has no balcony as stated in the description. The room smells musty and the sofa bed smells the same. The unit has no "mountain view" as indicated and you can hear the noise of cars passing by.

The pictures are far far different from the actual. The website says 3 bedrooms 3 bath rooms. But the actual is 1 bath room. Bathroom is downgrade of the picture in the site. Fake.

BOOKER BEWARE

There was easy wifi. And the kitchen with the fridge was nice. Place was clean and the rooms were a good size.

****BOOKER BEWARE****** Had multiple issues with this property. Arrived to check in and there was no one at the location or the business associated with the property, we were within the check in time. We called the phone number provided but no one answered multiple times, and no return call.. We had to flag down a neighbor to help us. The next day there was no running water in the unit. Guess this is a common occurance. We were a group of 6 with one bathroom and no running water. Made it very difficult to do our daily activities. When the property was contacted on both occasions there was no apology or effort to assist with the issues. The property was aware of the water issue before we were and they did not attempt to reach out and inform us there was no water. At the end of our stay I brought up my concerns with booking.com and the property. The property believed there was no issue or fault on their end. Booking.com has been wonderful in assisting me with my concerns with the property. Other issues... Very loud can here the other units and the road as if a door was open. The unit has no heat. There were very small blankets not suitable for the mountain cold, we had to wear coats to bed. The fireplace is not useable, they taped off the plug. Also they advertise that they have 3 bed 3 bathrooms but only one unit is like that and it is not clearly marked in their booking options

The Trail Bedz - Homestay was amazing! It was affordable, convenient, cozy, modern, spacious, stylish and comfortable. Highly recommendable hotel to stay in Baguio.

I didn't have a good sleep during my first night in the accommodation due to my bed sheets in my bedroom had I think a urine marks in it. I suggest that each room on departure should have the room deep cleaned and linen fully changed. The hotel staff was happy to change my bed sheets the next day.

Home away from home.

The perfect family getaway for us. It really feels like home staying at this place. My family enjoyed bonding at the terrace with amazing sunrise. Great location with free parking. Accessible by public transportation. Very close to most tourist spots. The owners were very nice and accommodating, seamless communication from booking until the end of our stay. The place is spotless, comfortable, well equipped with all necessities and excellent internet connections. Also appreciate the warm showers and that there is a laundry shop in the same building. Thank you Trail Bedz for our memorable stay.

Pleasant

It is near Philippine Military Academy. Clean rooms. Kitchen has gas stove, rice cooker, water heater and a complete set of utensils.

They failed to inform us about the lack of electricity (due to the typhoon). It is important. They had mismanagement of room reservations. They failed to recognize that it was their fault, not the customer's. No available towels. Water trouble on our last day of stay.

Location is really along the road, parking spaces first come first serve basis

The place is spacious. Good for those who want to cook in the house they have stove, oven, microwave and perculator.

Too noisy from the cars in the road. The loud noise from the construction at the back. Only one bathroom (shower and toilet) Slow internet. Cannot reach the rooms. Our room is infested by small cockroaches coming out in the cabinet. Our bed linen is quite smelly. Cannot sleep if you are near the road side rooms

the space of the room was okay

no water between 12pm to 4pm and 10pm to 6am.. lots of cockroaches, the floor was so dirty, and if we need something there where no staff available...the bedsheet was so itchy..

facility ran out of water while in shower very hard to call staff there was 1 person answering but she doesn’t know need

it was lacking kitchen supplies. the gas stove needed to replace new gas tank in middle of cooking. it took awhile and start button wont work after then they gave a cigarette lighter to light it—very scary to turn on

Staff were helpful. The room is a descent size. There is a grocery store nearby.

The garbage from the previous renters was still there when we arrived. The kitchen utensils were already worn out and need to be changed asap. The towels were very old and look filthy even if they were probably clean. The pillows and blankets looked worn out as well. The property is on the main road and can be quite noisy from the vehicles passing by.

The place..

I like the place where we stay but I don't like the baguio city too many rules..that wasn't accurate to their city rule the baguio city is too polluted...
