The accommodation, annexed to the owner's house, is composed of a living room of 27m2 on the ground floor including an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cozy living room (with TV, Wifi) the all opening directly onto the terrace and the garden. Upstairs you will enjoy a first bedroom of 13.8m2 (with a bed of 160x200), a second of 11.6m2 (with 2 beds of 80x200). For your comfort, a bathroom of 8m2, with double basin and large walk-in shower. And for more privacy, a separate WC. Finally, a private garden of 58m2 adorns this comfortable and carefully decorated accommodation. A 15.5m2 terrace, with a dining table, 4 chairs, a parasol, 2 deck chairs, a barbecue will allow you to enjoy the peace and greenery all around.
The advantages of the Maison du Menez:
- The location at the Fouesnant Forest, a very pretty little town of 3,500 inhabitants with its small paths lined with stone walls, its arm of the sea which leads you to the old port, to the marina of Port la Forêt, or to the Kerleven beach. Shops, restaurants and creperies are within walking distance and the pretty Sunday morning market is 500m away.
- All activities are possible, depending on what you like: swimming of course, hiking (GR 34 at 500m), small paths and cycle paths for bicycle enthusiasts (rental possible in Fouesnant), Golf de Cornouaille (18 holes), among the most beautiful golf courses in France, sailing, fishing and other nautical activities in Port la Forêt or on the beach at Cap Coz.
