It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled. A required $300 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

$100 replacement fee if the parking pass or pool key is not left in the condo after checkout.

We arrived and checked in no problems. There were minor repairs needed to the floors and other minor cosmetic things. The condo was decorated nicely and very convenient location and beds were comfortable. The pool was not able to be used our entire stay which almost ruined our trip , since it was a heat wave and we booked and chose this particular place based off of the awesome guitar pool. The owner did offer us to use the pool at another property during our stay, but that would have meant packing all of our pool stuff up and ourselves and driving , that was not at all what we wanted to do on our vacation . We were able to park the car and not drive the entire time, which was the plan. The AC wasnt working properly either, so that was not great. It was very hot, so no pool and no AC in bedroom to sleep was making us unhappy. The owners did send a box fan per our request immediately and said the untit was getting fixed the following week. They did come to try and fix it , but it unfortunately did not get fixed. We were giing to leave a few days early because of the pool and AC, but just went on with making the best of our vacation under these conditions. Overall we ended up making the best of our time, we were in Nashville , right? So, we had a lot of fun making memories together and enjoyed the location and accepted that as win. There was so much to do and see and we did have a great family vacation. Would have been 5 stars if we had the pool and AC

We spent two nights here on our way to the Smoky Mountains. Loved the quiet neighborhood, restaurants within walking distance and Broadway was a 5 minute Uber trip away. The bedrooms are a little stuffy but we just turned the A/C down and kept our doors open and it was fine. Highly recommend!

I had my girls getaway at this rental and it was perfect. Definitely spacious and clean. I loved the location we had restaurants and bars close by that we could walk to. Even during the hottest week, made time to enjoy the pool, which was much needed. Overall we would go back.

Layout of the condo is goofy , lol No balcony to sit and enjoy the evening temperatures. No fan or window in the toilet area. And the walk downtown , further than expected.

We used the condo for a girls’ weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We could not have stumbled on a better location. 30 minute walk to the action of Broadway St., just steps to Music Row, and just a few blocks to West End. Seriously, no need for a car! The complex was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly equipped to recover from the evening’s shenanigans. The guitar pool and its unique story were an added bonus. I will definitely book this again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (three teenagers). Love the bathroom layout which prevented the impatient knocking on doors which is our typical MO. Great to have a full kitchen and comfortable living room to hang out in.

This home is clean and is just as advertized. The only the thing I would say is that the beds squeaked but I guess that comes with metal beds. The host was absolutely amazing in communicating. She went above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable.

The condo space was just right for our group and was bright and airy. The separate bathroom areas worked well so we could all get ready at the same time. The beds were comfy. Loved the history of the building and the pool (unfortunately it was closed for the season). The location was convenient - plenty to explore, a variety of places to eat, bars/music - plus it was walkable (for 3 active seniors) to Broadway. The host was very responsive as well. A few suggestions/feedback - the water (shower/sink) took a long time to warm up in the AM and the sinks drained slowly. There was a nice coffee setup but no creamer to get us started the first morning before we shopped. A few boxes of tissues would also be lovely. And I know this is old school since most info is now provided digitally but it's always nice to have an information binder with instructions, maps, restaurants/things to do recommendations, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is cozy, clean, and comfortable. You can walk to great food and all the entertainments of Nashville. We especially loved Adele’s for dinner! Communication with the property management was great. We highly recommend this condo for your next Nashville experience.

My BFF and I stayed a night here when we came to town for a Thursday night show at Bridgestone. The building is older, but the rental has been updated to make use of the space and decorated perfectly. There was more than enough room for the two of us, and we had all that we needed for our quick trip, including a dedicated parking space. Communication from the host was A+. Easy walking distance to Midtown and Demonbreun spots, and the 1-mile walk to and from Bridgestone was safe with the exception of some construction traffic. The iconic, guitar-shaped pool is a must-visit if you stay. We had a great time posing for pictures by the pool where Dolly Parton once swam. Did she swim there really? I don't know, but I like the idea that she did! Would book again!

We had the best time and the location is amazing! I rated it 4 stars because the building exterior/pool area needs some care, the parking is SUPER tight/limited- there isn’t always room (I even had to find street parking a couple times), and the condo itself needs a fresh coat of paint. :)

Amy and her property were incredible! Amy made the entire experience easy. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and spacious. The location was perfect - easy walk or drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The family had a blast swimming in the historic, guitar-shaped pool. This was the perfect place to stay for our family to explore Nashville!

Loved this stylish condo in a great location. Restaurants & bars within walking distance. Our teens loved it. Plenty of room for our family of four. The bathroom setup is good for a group, even though there is only one. They really make the most of the space. On site parking & a secure building were a plus. We went on a Music City bus tour & the condo was actually highlighted during the tour. We’d love to come back during pool season. The hosts were great with excellent communication snd a speedy return of our security deposit.

We took a trip from PA to Nashville as our Christmas trip. We have 4 teenagers and had plenty of space and loved just hanging out in the condo. It was clean and cozy felt like we were at home. Would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Nashville.

Great experience! We had a group of 5 girls and this condo was perfect! We each had our own bed and had plenty of room when getting ready. The location couldn’t be better. It was a quick 5 minute Uber to wherever we wanted to go. We felt very safe in this location as well. The condo itself has anything you need (coffee maker, towels, plates/silverware, etc.) and the property manger was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Loved the apartment & pool but the "main entrance" looks like it was previously the service Elevator entrance. A key card for actual main entrance would be a plus. Other than that 1 small inconvenience we loved the place. I would recommend this property to anyone!

7/22- Super clean!!! Nice coffee bar, sound machines, and great set up. Checkin was clear and quick! Communication with owner was easy and they were very responsive! Even fans, top of fridge and vents were spotless! Location worked for us but our only con: a little too far for us to walk (we did walk to Gultch) super easy to ride share, use scooter, or drive to every site in under 10. Would definitely stay again!!
