Welcome to this unbelievably serene and spacious WATERFRONT VILLA. Enjoy and relax in the large bedrooms and private backyard. This home is only 10-15 minutes away from Beaches, Downtown, Riverwalk, Las Olas, and Ft. Lauderdale Airport. You are welcome to dock your boat! Indulge in the scenic water views, fishing on the dock, solar heated pool and much more! Fantastic location in the heart of East Fort Lauderdale. The Space:
This property is a DUPLEX. The interior (4BR/2.5BA) and backyard/pool is completely private but there is an adjoining villa next door.
If you would like to reserve both units for a total of 6BR/4.5BA, please let me know and you can book both units to yourselves!

Welcome to our beautiful house in Citrus Isles, Fort Lauderdale, where you'll experience the ultimate in luxury living with your very own private pool. Our home boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 serene bathrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends.
As you enter the house, you'll immediately notice the tasteful decor and attention to detail in every room. The living room is bright and airy with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights with the family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
Step outside and you'll find your own private oasis. The backyard is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and a sparkling pool, where you can relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. The pool area is furnished with lounge chairs, a dining table, and a grill, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining.
When it's time to retire for the night, the bedrooms are cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full & private access to Unit 1240 and its backyard and pool. Please do not disturb the next door Unit 1238.

We ask that you please coordinate your travel plans around a 4pm Check In and a 10am Check Out. Early check ins/late check outs are not guaranteed and will depend on our reservations and housekeeping schedules. We will notify you the day of your arrival if the property becomes available any earlier than 4pm.
