About this house rental

Summary:
This beautiful retreat is 4,300 sq ft and newly remodeled. It is located on 31 Acres with 850 feet of shoreline featuring a deep water cove and access to the lake. The wrap around deck has a jacuzzi and plenty of seating areas.

You have to see the amazing custom built Queen sized bunk beds in the loft. They each include curtains for privacy and a reading light. Perfect for a girls weekend.

Spacious, open floor plan with large windows, several seating areas, coffee bar with many options.

The Space:
Our lake access is located on a deep water cove. There are two hiking trails guests can use to reach the shoreline. The hike to the lake is not terribly steep, it gets a bit steeper when you get to the waters edge!

The east trail leads to an easy water entrance and is a fairly easy hike with our newly cleared hiking path. You can launch kayaks and canoes from this area. Please feel free to use the kayaks on the property! You can find them on their stand closer to the water so you don't have to hike the trail with them!

The south trail leads to bluffs overlooking the lake. (Please note this is a natural trail. It is steep and not suited for small children nor adults who are not very steady footed)

Main living space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room, several seating areas, coffee bar, fireplace with a 65" Smart television.

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee bar, toaster, serving accessories, and everything you need to cook a great family meal.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom with custom shower, large closet.

An amazing loft with 4 custom built Queen sized bunk beds. You have to see the bunk beds to believe how amazing they are.

Basement playroom: Includes a pool table, dart board, 70" Smart television, a sleeper sofa and a regular sofa.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Although there is poor cell phone reception in the area, Wi-Fi calling works well.

Turn around at end of driveway is helpful if pulling a boat/trailer. Please drive slowly as the roads leading to the property are unpaved and bumpy.

Located just 20 minutes to Rocky Branch Marina and beach area and 23 minutes to Prairie Creek Marina. Both marinas have boat rentals available.

Only 21 minutes to Beaver Lake Outdoor Center where Kayak, paddle board, jet ski, mountain bike, tube, camping rentals are available.

EXTRA GUESTS- The Home you are booking is for 10 persons. Extra guests up to 16 people are welcome for $25 per night per guest. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)

DEPOSIT - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house and all of the amenities.

Beautiful house and property, perfect for our large group of women. After hiking at Hobbs park nearby we loved staying cozy by the multiple fireplaces with plenty of space to spread out. Enjoyed the hot tub and the trail down to the water. Would highly recommend this rental!

We had a family getaway to celebrate Christmas at Whispering Pines. The house was great and allowed us to spread out and have a bed for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool table, darts, and being able to watch movies downstairs. The only disappointment in our stay was the hot tub was not usable, as the temp never maintained and continually dropped. We plan to book again next Christmas, and hope to get to enjoy the outdoor seating and hot tub.

My friends, family, and I stayed at this stunning cabin for my bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect location. Secluded enough to be able to relax and have fun, but had enough wifi for us to be able to communicate with loved ones and stream football games during our stay. I would highly recommend this cabin.

We had a six night stay at this beautiful beaver lake Vrbo.. awesome location, very spacious, walking distance to lake side, lots of amenities and plenty of beds! We ran into some problems due to Mother Nature visiting before us but the management was quick and responsive and did everything they could to make sure our experience was awesome! Allows dogs which is also huge with us! I’d definitely recommend this house and beaver lake for any family or friend vacation or occasion..

This is a great property in a beautiful area of beaver lake. We were three families with kids and all had comfortable beds. The outside is charming and rustic and the inside is classy and comfortable. The kayaks are great and we were able to pull our rented pontoon up to shore to load our party on. The house has everything we needed for a successful lake weekend

Wow. This property was fantastic. We enjoyed kayaking, and exploring the property. It is a beautiful lake. We even took the kayaks to see the nearby cave. Great experience. The cabin was well stocked and beautiful. Very clean and it has so much space! We loved the coffee makers, the hot tub, and the large gathering places.

This property was simply fantastic. Our family came for 4 days, and we are looking to book again in the Fall. The house, property, and lake access were exactly as described. Meticulously cleaned, and every room was comfortable. The entire loft area is bigger and nicer than you'd think from the photos. The multiple decks are great, giving you a great opportunity to wander the house and decks and find seating or views ANYWHERE. The kitchen is well stocked with hardware so we could make anything we liked, and seating around the house is plentiful and comfortable. A big fireplace on each level meant we usually had a roaring fire and conversation upstairs, and movies, pool, music, and a little fire downstairs. The kids LOVED the loft area - they spent most of our trip up there. When they were outside they wandered the wide trails themselves throwing rocks and collecting "seashells" (snail shells).

We were so happy with our stay at this absolutely beautiful cabin in the secluded hills in northwest Arkansas. Everyone in our family loved the place and only wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen is gorgeous and beds super comfortable and all rooms nicely decorated. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful trail down to the water. No one would be disappointed in their stay!

We loved our stay, and plan to visit again. The property is beautiful and even better than the pictures. We had so much room as our group was only 8. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. (Not everywhere covers all the kitchen needs- we were super happy) Property manager Hector was super quick to respond with any questions. We had a wonderful time. 10 out of 10!

What a wonderful weekend we had at this property. The leaves were so beautiful and the view was spectacular! The husbands and kids stayed back while we worked the war eagle fair. I loved hearing about the adventures they had while at the property. Pantry was well stocked with spices, coffee and trash bags. Beds were firm yet comfortable. And the linens and towels were so nice as well. I would recommend this property for sure!(just not war eagle weekend..we will be staying there)

We recently held a retreat for our work associates at this lovely cabin. This cabin was the PERFECT place for the retreat. Each of us had a fabulous, comfortable bed and plenty of work space, making this cabin the perfect spot for this get-away. When we weren't working, we took a short hike to the water, played pool, darts, and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors. The hot tub under the stars was a perfect addition to our trip! Linens and towels were of the highest quality, and the kitchen was completely stocked for our needs. New furniture and authentic cabin touches make this resort an excellent choice! It is a perfect choice for a family get-away/reunion, friends retreat, small event, or multiple family trip. I highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!

We had a small family reunion with 9 adults and 2 small children. Everyone had plenty of space! Several commented on how comfortable they were with the beds and bedding. The house had all new appliances, deck addition and hot tub. The custom queen size bunk beds (4 beds!) were so cool. It also had new big screen TVs with an indoor and outdoor sound system. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and hot tub while listening to our own playlists. The water access was an easy walk on the newly constructed hiking trail. The house is located on a deep water cove and the view from the bottom of the trail is absolutely beautiful. My 5 year old grandson and I walked down to the water one morning and watched the fog lift off of the water. It was a great way to start our day. A lot of thought was given to so many details. The kitchen was outfitted to the nines. I’m a self-professed coffee snob and this place did not disappoint. While others in our group were happy to use the Keurig or Nespresso coffee makers, I was content with the burr grinder and my freshly ground traditional brew. The assortment of board games, dart board, pool table and the microwave in the game room for popcorn were thoughtful additions. They also had chair floaties and other blow ups to enjoy in the cove. Even a new air compressor was available to avoid having to blow up anything manually. I could go on and on. We are already planning our next trip out. It was perfect!
