And, if you want to keep the fun at home, everyone can relax on the enclosed front patio and enjoy a week at the beach without even needing to fight for parking or move your car!

This main house boasts four wonderful bedrooms and a spacious loft, ideal for larger groups, couples, and families. When it is time to take a break from the beach, the house will be the hub for dinners, movie nights, and reminiscing about the fun that was had each day. The full kitchen boasts a brand-new gas range, ample utensils, and enough room for multiple cooks to help out with meal prep. Four Smart streaming TVs offer streaming capabilities to stay on track with your sitcoms and dramas. To make your trip away from home less stressful, the house offers an outdoor shower in addition to two baths to wash the sand away after a day at the beach. To help with wet clothes from the beach, there is a brand new washer and dryer unit to help with keeping your beach attire and towels clean. This house has been remodeled bringing light and modern details into the comforts of a nostalgic beach house.

The front house does not have central AC, it has all new AC units. The back house has central AC.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

House was okay. It feels like it was a cheap flip. Bathroom doors don’t lock, the upstairs bathroom door hardly closed. Parking situation was a bit of a stretch. The backyard spot was VERY interesting to get out of. On top of that it isn’t noted in the description at the time that the residential parking pass isn’t valid for out front street parking during high season. We found this to be a bit misleading. Especially considering the fact that we had no map or paperwork and the people behind us in the carriage house was gracious enough to forward the information to us. Found out on the way out that we should’ve had a scavenger hunt to find this packet of information as it was hiding in a drawer of an end table and there was one on the top of the refrigerator. The house was relatively clean when we checked in, although the floors were dirty as if they were never swept or mopped in a week. The location is really the only thing going for this home. If you’re expecting shelter with working water and electric, this place has it. As far as the extra frills, I would keep expectations low.
