Very pleased with the ambiance of the property. Dinner outside with music around the pool and event played some dominoes

dusty rooms and cockroaches and clogged bathtub and shower head doesn’t work well. also mouse droppings were in the utensil drawers.

Everything except information about codes for doors should be sent weeks in advance because we had no WIFI to check email at the front desk and had to turn off airplane mode....which costs unnecessary monies

Spring clean needed

Location was good. The outside court yard etc was quite nice

The apartment was very dusty, a good spring clean was needed. The flooring started chipping which was unsightly. The dining and arm chairs were dirty, the table lamp was dirty/dusty, old fashion and out of date. The ceiling fan and light was very dusty some bulbs was also missing.

The location was perfect, we were right on the beach. Apartment was very comfortable, added bonus having the roof top balcony.

The down stairs toilet did not work properly. Would of been nice to have some basic condiments left

We appreciated the owner answering our call and agreeing to accommodate us.

Our reservation was late on a Sunday afternoon. Host was not expecting another reservation so soon after an earlier check out. Room was not ready, but host accommodated us after we told them we would still use the space any way and clean whatever needed for our comfort for the night. All worked out and communication with Raquel went well. Thank you.

Upstairs bathroom is a little small for a 6'2", 255 lbs man, and host need to replace the bathroom seat as it is scoffed up and looks dirty.
