This place was amazing. Close to Lake Nacimiento entrance. The house had a nice lay out with huge open common area for everyone to visit. The game room downstairs had something for everyone. The pool lights and decor fit the property perfectly. I would recommend this property to anyone who just wants to relax and let the kids play while the adults Cook and visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely go there again if possible.

We had so much fun, and the house was really well taken care of. You can see the all the hard work and careful planning that went into the house. The lake is close by and lots to do in the surrounding area. The pool and patio furniture was fun and functional for many different people. The owners are adding and making new changes and we will definitely book again!

This house had everything we needed for a great reunion. We never even left the house! The pool and spa were perfect and the swim up bar was really cool. The kids took over the game room and there was room for everybody to find some peace and quiet when needed. Loved it!

House is in great shape and everything worked as expected which is no small feat for a house that has just about everything you would ever need. Games and activities galore! The pool is a resort experience. Did I mention the view? No lake view but impressive all the same. Nacimiento is just over the ridge in front of the house and Lake San Antonio is a mile and half beyond the hills behind the house. If you are spending days on the boating on the lake, you are going to feel guilty not being at the house enjoying all of the amenities. The house is super spacious, it was a long walk from master bed to the bathroom! We had every bed occupied in the home and it was still big enough for people to get away and chill. If we plan our reunion in that area again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

AMAZING!!
Our family came away with priceless memories!! This property was absolutely perfect and had something for everyone! Ages 2 - 70!

We were a group of 9 friends (3 couples + friends) and we had an amazing time! There is so much to do on-site. We loved having a dining table big enough for all of us, we made a point to eat together everyday, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing we had to buy was veg. oil, but other oils and a bunch of spices and condiments were already there. Plenty of plastic cups/plates too, which was nice for the pool area.
We had two EVs, so we totally appreciated the charging station out front.
All the bedrooms have a king bed, which is kinda rare to find, but was exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was comfortable, including the dogs. My only suggestion would be to add a small portable piece of astroturf or something where they can go pee on the main deck. The dedicated dog area is totally awesome too! We just thought it might be slightly more convenient.
We reaaaally want to come back during summertime, since it rained the whole weekend we were there, unfortunately. We still made good use of the spas though.
Only other callout is that it's about 30 mins away from where most of the action is. We liked having the pizza place and grocery store 5 mins away, that was nice!
Can't wait to come back, thank you so much for an awesome trip!

This property has it all! Our annual Girls Weekend Away (16 of us!) was spent lounging by the pool, playing cards at the swim up bar, cooking meals, and dining on the outdoor patio. The weekend couldn’t have been more perfect. The facilities are top notch and the house is well supplied - they’ve thought of everything. We’ve already booked our getaway here for next year!

Our family had a great time at this property. Games are always a part of our family gathering, so our teams had fun competing on the bocce court, putting green, and basketball court, as well as pool relays and hula hoop contests! Lots of fun memories. Laurie, the property manager could not have been more responsive or accommodating--she even loaned us her own coffee pot when ours was not working.

One of the best family vacations ever! Gorgeous property. The pool and game room was a big hit with our family. Best stocked kitchen in any rental we have every stayed in. Comfortable bedrooms, super clean, lots of space for all 12 of us. Communication with the owners and managers super easy and prompt. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

We were 10 women vacationing at this house for a bachelorette weekend in Paso Robles. The house is beautiful, quiet, and very well equipped. The views are stunning from the upper deck and we had a lot of fun in the game room. The owners have thought of every detail and there is something for everyone in this house.
We hired a driver to go winetasting one day and then went boating at Lake Nacimiento the next. Such a perfect place for a getaway!

After we returned home, each of our family members reiterated how much they enjoyed this home and would want to come back! Some phrases to share:
“Very spacious”, “breathtaking views”, “stylish decor with upscale linens and fabrics”, “clean and organized with instructions labeled for use of appliances”, “well stocked kitchen” ,“kids paradise for all ages”!

This house is incredible. It is truly a beautiful and spacious space. The rooms were large and spread throughout the house for maximum privacy. The living spaces were well decorated and provide ample room for everybody. The kitchen was also fantastic, plenty of cookware and accessories for almost anything. There are plenty of spices and other cooking necessities like foil, serving plates, pitchers, etc.. I really felt this was one of the best stocked places I have stayed in! Also, the griddle top outside was super helpful to cook large quantities of food. The game room is also an awesome space to hang out in, there's plenty of fun games (shuffleboard, pool, ping pong, Xbox). Everybody in my group loved the massage chair too! My group and I truly loved this space, they really made it enjoyable for all groups. There are activities for young kids, adults, and all groups that may be visiting for whatever reason! If we ever need to stay in this area again, we would look here first before anywhere else!

SUMMARY: this place is so truly amazing - pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. We were a group of 8 friends having a small reunion and couldn't have picked a better place. Had we known how awesome it was going to be we might have ditched the wine tasting...maybe.
PROS: has absolutely everything from stocked kitchen to views from every angle to comfortable beds and seating areas and on and on. Every detail seemed thought out. We REALLY enjoined the game room.
CONS: not 1. seriously.
I would absolutely recommend and return again. Check in/out was easy, owner was communicative and responsive. Some in our group were worried it was too far from Paso but it turned out fine - really everything is hilly with curvy roads so you have to be prepared no matter what. Don't forget to get a walk in at Lake Nacimiento.

Awesome property in the hills
We stayed here with our extended family of 11 people and had a great time. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room, well appointed kitchen with lots of dinnerware, pots and pans etc. In fact, this place was so thoughtfully setup with very good quality furniture that we loved the place. The outdoor spa was a huge hit and we used it on all days on our visit. Oakmont foods for groceries is very conveniently located about 2.5 miles away and carried everything we wanted., The place had expansive views of the hills.. And beautiful views. Bradley in July is definitely hot. but the house was big and we had no need to even step out of the house till late in the day. Overall, excellent place and would recommend it to all and the host was super responsive for the one or 2 questions we had. Definitely a 5 star place.

Celebrating birthday at Paso Robles
The house and property are amazing! We stayed with family ranging in all ages. Most rooms are adequately spaced apart for privacy, which is nice. It was nice having two master bedrooms. The house came with all amenities and we didn’t have any issues other than internet which is a little spotty out there, which is fine if you’re hanging out with family and friends. Lots of space and areas to hang out in within the home. Paso Robles is about 30 mins away so not super close.

Fantastic Family-friendly Stay
Our family of 8 had a phenomenal Thanksgiving week in Bradley. Our youngest is 12 so we had no issues with the game room only being accessible from outside. The game room is huge and exactly as pictured. Our 15 year old locked our house key in the game room and the owners replied to our text immediately to help remedy the situation. Would definitely rent this property again.

Amazing property with a fun games room
We loved our stay in the property. Kids loved the swings and open space. Everyone loved the games room.

Good stay overall
Our family of 5 and 3 fiancé's/SO stayed for 8 days. We had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed many meals on the porch. The owner was pretty responsive with a few maintenance issues and ultimately resolved the problems. Housekeeping had significantly under prepped the house and we were filling the propane tanks for the grills (both empty), buying paper towel and household items. After contacting owner she supplemented some of the things we had not yet stocked.
The house is very comfortable with beautiful views. There are some maintenance issues ( e.g the cushions on the porch swing are shredded and falling apart) but the main usage areas are in good condition.
All in all a great stay, we had high expectations for the house and were mostly pleased with the value.

Great Home to Unwind and Spread Out
We recently had a great stay at this home, located in a very quiet area with plenty of room to spread out. Our son and his cousins loved the huge game room downstairs and we made great use of the large kitchen each night, trading off cooking great meals. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out (we had nine people total) and it was great that most of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms for increased privacy.

Amazing views, space and amenities
We chose this property for a reunion gathering and we couldn't have found a better place. The house is beautiful and the views were just outstanding. The game room had everything to keep our group busy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plus the basketball area was great. The massage chair was quite useful after the basketball! The hosts were very responsive too. Would love to be back here.

The owners have a really nice home. Their house is great for entertaining and has a ton of fun activities to do. My group of 30+ yr old friends and I had a great time and couldn't have asked for anything more.

Beautiful property!
The patio and game room was a big hit with everyone. Close to great wineries and the lake. The grandkids loved the Kids room with all the toys.
The patio setup is great and has a great view. the kids got to watch deer from there and the Blackstone was great for cooking on we never even used the BBQ.
Thanks Samantha and Keith for letting us stay in your home.

We celebrated my mom and dad’s 70th birthdays together at this house. I’d definitely come back with friends. The game room was amazing and it slept all 3 families comfortably. Views were beautiful and it was very dog friendly which is such a bonus in our family

Gorgeous get-a-way!
The home and surrounding views were stunning. Great place for a private getaway with friends or family. We loved the game room and hanging out/drinking wine on terrace. Definitely a great spot to return to after a day of wine tasting.

Perfect family retreat!
This home was absolutely perfect for our family and friends! It was spacious enough that everyone felt comfortable but open concept so we still felt together. What sold us on this home was that almost everyone had their own bathroom and that amazing game room. We spent a lot of time sitting outside enjoying that amazing view. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Great home for vacation with family
We were 4 families with kids aged 4-8 yrs. This was a perfect spot too wind down and make some great memories. Highly recommend and will rent again.
Pros:
- house was extremely well equipped to entertain everyone (ton of toys, board games, books, movies, Netflix, large TV etc)
- hosts were very responsive and great to work with
- downstairs game room was great fun
- kitchen was well stocked
- lots of room for families
- one room with 4 bunk beds was great for kids to sleep together
Cons:
- the hot tub had some issues with heating. host helped me over FaceTime. I cleaned up filters etc. But we couldn’t get it to 100F. I am sure he will get it fixed for the next rental. Host was very helpful throughout.
- to access the game room you need to go outside to the patio and down the stairs. Makes it difficult to keep an ear out for kids. No restroom for game room.
- it’s 30 min from downtown Paso and wineries

Just what we needed!
What you see is what you get! 10 of my ladies and myself had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my pending nuptials. The view is SPECTACULAR, the house is spacious and had entertainment for everyone. My only recommendation is to check out a map and notice the distance from Downtown Paso Robles. Most restaurants nearby also close by 8pm.
Thank you for making it a weekend to remember!

Incredible View and Comfortable Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. This custom home has thought of just about everything to make it comfortable and fun. The game room is totally awesome and the views are just amazing. We were about 30 min away from wine tasting and it was wonderful to sit in the massage chair after a long day! It was also really nice to have the dogs with us. The main patio is fenced off so you need not worry about them. Which was handy as we were visited by deer and coyotes so of course the dogs went nuts. The owners were also very responsive, within in minutes sometimes. Quite impressive. We will likely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious property!
We really enjoyed our stay! The property was even more beautiful in person. There was a ton of privacy and outdoor space. We really enjoyed the massage chair, BBQ grill, and hot tub. This was also close to wineries in Paso Robles so we were able to conveniently visit for wine tasting.

Wonderful place
We absolutely lovd this home. It is so beautiful and the area is amazing. We went on several bike rides and also had a phenominal day with the elephant seals in San Simeon. The view off the back deck is wonderful. I could see us coming here every year.

Lazy Managers
The property is stunning, but at the price we paid, I expected more. When we arrived, the instructions were outdated and we had trouble finding the lock box to get in. We arrived to a place with a great view, but no propane for the outdoor heater nor wood for a fire. After we left to get more, which was a pain, we found out it didn't work. The hot tub didn't heat up enough, which was a let-down since it was one of the key factors in choosing the place. We emailed Samantha several times with no response and even called only to be hung up on. They accused us of breaking a part of the shuffle board table but we didn't and they took our entire deposit. The cleaning fee was quite high as well. The home is more beautiful than the pictures, but I would not return.
