In Fuengirola, the holiday home Townhouse beachside Fuengirola is conveniently located close to the beach. This 150 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as satellite TV. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony. The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open all year round) and a garden.
During July and August, pool access is limited to a maximum of five people per property at any given time.
Parking spaces are available in a garage for a fee and free parking is available on the street.
Pets and parties are not allowed.
Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not allowed.
Noise must be kept to a minimum and the homeowner reminds you to be respectful of your neighbors.

It is a very nice place. The house is big enough for 4-6 people. The garden and the pool are neatly maintained. The hostess was nice and helpful.
Shops and restaurants are nearby.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed, well maintained and very clean. It was so lovely to have access from the private terrace direct to the pool, it is a small complex of houses and very friendly and beautiful plants and green space. Supermarket with everything we needed just 5 mins walk, and really appreciated the trolley provided at the house for shopping. We found the best part of Fuengirola beach in front of the castle which handily is 2 mins walk from the house. Also a decent selection of bars and restaurants with terraces overlooking the sea right there in the same part of the beach. Thank you so much to Lara and Raquel for the excellent communication and making our holiday so easy to arrange.

Lejer man i den kolde tid skal man tage højde for de kolde gulve.
Savnede Sol på terasserne men det er sikkert perfekt om sommeren.
Et roligt område uden generende naboer.

Pros: Visited with family of six adults and two small children. The house and location was perfect for our needs. Lovely pool area and close to beach and all amenities.

Pros: This is our second year in this property and absolutely love it, this year we met the owner who was just fantastic and very helpful. There is air conditioning in all the rooms now so very comfortable to stay in. Would highly recommend it for families with small children as the location to the beach is just perfect.

Pros: Nice location but not recently renovated as claimed. Needed the outside painting and a thorough clean. The weather wasn’t great which meant that the house needed to be better. Felt too student like.

Pros: We stayed at this town house in a small secure complex at the end of October 2014.
The house is situated very close to the beach, and the swimming pool and complex grounds were clean and well presented. There are many restuarants within a few minutes walk, although the greater choice and variety presented by the centre of town were slightly further away, around a 20 minute walk. Well worth the effort though as we were surprised and pleased both with the quality and value of the meals we had in town.
The area is well serviced by the local trains which make travel along the coast and transfer from the airport very easy. Again the train station is about a 20 minute walk.
The house itself is well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay and easily accommodates 6 grown up people. The local agent was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Despite being late in the season we had fantastic weather and a great holiday.

Pros: Een leuk comfortabel huis in een rustig parkje met zwembad. Het huis ligt vlak bij het strand en op loopafstand van restaurantjes en centrum. Wij waren er begin oktober en konden nog heerlijk aan het strand liggen. Fuengirola zelf is niet echt bijzonder, maar met een auto kun je leuke uitstapjes in de omgeving maken.
Het huis is een aanrader en Jane ontving ons hartelijk en reageerde ook vooraf steeds prompt op onze emails.

Pros: Vi var 5 voksne og 1 barn og havde en skøn ferie.
Huset lever op til billederne og er super indrettet i forhold til at rejse flere.
Der er livredder ved poolen fra kl. 11 og hele dagen.
Kan kun anbefales.

We had a very pleasant stay Pueblo Castillo.
It is a very nice and private compound.
The pool area is superb. Both for adults and children.
Pueblo Castillo is a quite place and you feel most welcome.
If you have a car to park, it will be very difficult as parking space is most limited.
We had to use a lot of time driving around to find a vacant place.

Property is well located and the facilities are great. Pool area and gardens well maintained. Property itself is as described and very well appointed with all you need to enjoy a great holiday. Lara always responded to any questions and local agent Raquel easy to contact to answer any queries during our stay. I know we always say we will return but we definitely will !

Property was just as described on HomeAway site and location was ideal. House had everything we required and more! Sun loungers for the pool, seats, parasols, towels for the beach, and even shopping trolley and carrier bags for the supermarkets. Restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance . Owner Paco and agent Raquel were extremely helpful and friendly and we will definitely be visiting this property again at some point in the not too distant future.

House is large, plenty of room for 8. Air con in every room was great, the outside area looked over the large pool. The complex was kept really well. Location was perfect, short walk into Fuengirola centre but plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Great communication with owner. We had a great holiday.

Great positioning, super house with everything you need & more! Reliable WiFi, tv claims a bit misleading...hundreds of channels including sky but only one in English! Lovely owners (who have holiday home next door!) who couldn’t do enough for you. Sadly let down by cleanliness though...Kitchen drawers & utensils not clean,dirty bed sheets, hairs on bedding & in showers. Swiftly addressed by owners, but still not what you want to see.Overall, if more attention is paid to cleaning, it would most certainly be 5 out of 5.

Well were do I start about this villa. It is spacious, clean and immaculate and perfect for families. The villa as everything you need whilst on holiday and accommodates everyone's needs, even as toys for the children. The pool is just a few steps away from the patio and is very clean and manned with a friendly lovely lifeguard. The grounds the villa is situated in is beautiful and immaculate. The sandy beach is just a street away and the access to the beach is fantastic even if you are travelling with small children in a pram. We travelled as 2 adults and 6 children. 2 of my children have medical conditions and required medical equipment and oxygen whilst we was there. The communication from the owner Paco and Raquel was exceptional before and throughout our stay. They ensured my children's medical equipment and oxygen was delivered on time and they went over and beyond to ensure we all felt at ease. If it wasn't for this excellent communication I wouldn't have been able to give my children an amazing holiday abroad experience. We have already booked to go again next year as there is no negatives at all with this villa it is just perfect. We are counting down the days now till we are there again.

Just back home from a fantastic week in peublo castillo. The house is perfect for a family holiday .the location could not be better . Across the road from the beach and a really lovely park . Loads of restaurants and bars nearby . The house itself was so clean and had everything you could need even beach toys and floats for the kids. The thing I loved the most was you were only a few steps from your front door to pool . I would recommend this house to anyone and I will definitely return myself .my kids are already asking me when can we go back .

The whole experience was really good. The contact with the owner was thorough and on the day of arrival and departure the estate agent was excellent. The property was nice and clean and we had room to spread out. In terms of the townhouse it is in a private complex with access to a pool which the kids loved. We where lucky with the weather going over Easter and as you might expect the pool was a little cool but if you are going later in the year you will be fine. You are 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main strip which you can use to traverse the town. Would recommend staying here

The villa is situated in a gated complex a one minute walk from the beach. There is a large pool with a substantial shallow end for the children to play in. Unexpectedly the pool is monitored by a lifeguard during most of its opening hours. He is very professional and does an excellent job without being too strict. We did notice that siesta is observed and whilst you can use the pool, it's polite to be quieter between 3:30pm and 5:30pm.The property is set in beautiful gardens with plenty of shady spots, and umberellas around the poolside area. It's so pretty and you could easily spend a day there.The beach is very close by, as are two children's parks. It's is perfect if you have children.We hired a car, but there was no need. Parking is difficult and you really do have everything you need in a short distance.Inside the villa is quite traditional. The fixtures and fittings are not modern and shiny but the villa has absolutely everything you need, even down to deck chairs, toys and a brolly for the beach! The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots and pans. There is a dishwasher but we didn't need to use it.The living area is spacious and has a good TV and a DVD/BR player. Take some films to watch as the only English Channel we could find was the news. We only used the tv to entertain the kids.Upstairs there are two bedrooms on the first floor, one a twin, and one a double. The bathroom is spacious and the beds and linen are in good condition.Upstairs again is the final double bedroom and en suite.All rooms have outside space, I particularly liked how secure it was as we had small children with us. Air conditioning is throughout the property and is most welcome! It all works well. There are also large fans in most rooms. The owner has thought of everything to make this an inexpensive holiday let for families.On a personal note. Whilst staying we had some car trouble, without the help of the owner we would have been in a real pickle. I just want to make it clear that the people you are renting from are incredibly welcoming and absolutely bent over backwards to help us. We are so happy to have found this place and will return because the owner and his family are just super.Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We, 7 adults, enjoyed a lot to spend a week in Pueblo Castillo 36. House is very well equipped, rooms and other places were clean. Everything we need, was founded. Also swimming pool. Friendly and helpful owner. The beach, restaurants, markets, all are nearby and short walk for bus- and train station. We can recommend for adults and for families with the children.

Stayed in this town house for two weeks. The facilities are as stated and the accommodation is in great condition. Property was clean and well maintained good location near to the beach with excellent children's play area just a minutes walk away.Great restaurants 15 minutes walk away into the but well worth it with unlimited choice of places to eat and drink.The owner has a holiday house next door and although not in residence all the time is a frequent visitor and is always available by email.The satellite TV is OK but has only BBC world news and CNN Europe. however is you are fortunate enough to speak Spanish or German there is an unlimited choice of channelsGarden area and pool well maintained and although we did not use them often would be great for a family.All in all have no problem recommending this propert as a holiday destination
