The neighborhood was a bit run down, However the home was freshly painted and cared for.

Old, remodeled home. Key code for entry was as easy as it gets. Taqueria a few blocks away was delicious! The remodeled bathroom was very nice. Nice shower head, towels, bath mats. Beds were comfy. Nice to have smart TVs w/ Netflix, Hulu, etc. Overall a good value for a comfy place to sleep with more room than a hotel, at a better price than the nicer hotel in town.

Location was convenient to Bennett Park (for baseball tourney) and a couple restaurants. However, Hibbing after dark can be a little sketchy. A deadbolt lock on the door would have provided extra sense of security as a lone female traveler with her kid. The neighbor had a very loud, moded exhaust car that was tearing by at all hours. Watch the step up into the upstairs bathroom, it's a toe stubber. Draped bath mat over floor transition to avoid injury. Heads up that steps to upstairs might be too steep for less mobile people. We had no problems with them.

Nice renovated, spacious home. A great value with a good location near downtown. Easy self check-in.

Steep, short steps difficult for seniors to navigate with luggage.

Beds were comfortable, facility was clean, kitchen was adequate.

Sofa was not comfortable sleeping for third person; handrail on narrow stairs going up to second floor was loose; downstairs toilet was not properly anchored to floor and was wobbly; neighborhood was noisy and close to two bars. We were 3 senior citizens and stairs were difficult to navigate-too many and too narrow. Uncomfortable seating in kitchen area.
