For our short stay, we were comfortable and my grandchildren enjoyed the hot pool.

I love the breakfast, I love the staff-they are so courteous, always willing to provide assistance, particularly the one who checked us in the evening (sorry forgot his name. I was so tired and mad, yet he handled the situation very well and went a hundred miles to appease me.

The addresses of the Chateu in your website. There were three addresses, confusing, and Google map sent us to wrong locations and scary roads, coming from Tagaytay. We tried to refresh but it brought us to the same location, and it wanted us to enter the pitch black dark road between Turista Hotel and gasoline station and gps said Purok 1 in Canlubang. That’s the time we called the Chateu for directions but we were told to use the address at the website. There’s no link to click the address. We were told to ask people around but every person we ask don’t know Chateu Bleu. We managed to locate the place after using another App and the third phone. First phone we used google, second phone we used apple app, third phone used waze app.

Limited area for smoking...tne indoor pool can be seen from outside. The tv was not working. It was difficult to connect to netflix

There are plenty more resorts around Calamba/Los Banos. Try to stay away from this one.

Breakfast was okay. The staff were polite and will always greet you.

- Showers smelled like SEWERS! - My son and I got our allergies fired up because of the room we transferred to previously been fogged for mosquitoes. And we became sick. - The room we transferred from was infested with mosquitoes and the toilet was always clogged. - The showers were not good at all. - On the 6th of April was the day of our check out, I asked if they can arrange something nice for my husband during breakfast and the lady offered us a complimentary slice of cake then I agreed, and I told them if they could get arrangements as well and I will pay for then it would be great! Next morning came, and there was nothing. Not even a slice of cake. I asked the girl whom I spoke to, and her response was like “oh really they didn’t give?” and that was it.

Very good value for money & time. Not true that jacuzzi can be used at a cost/hour 😞

Everything, & everyone, very clean & well-maintained, so comfy, quiet & relaxing ambience.

No foot rug in place, should be part of the initial room set up. Though, we didn't try to request. AC is somewhat mahina or maybe just has smaller capacity compared to room size.

The place was huge and our room is spacious. There were only 2 guests at the time and we had some quiet time and was able to relax.

The mosquitos outside are too big of a nuisance. There were a lot in the jacuzzi area and the outside dining area. The indoor pool and the recreational area was also under construction, the tables and chairs are all covered in dust.

Comfortable and sufficient place for family quality time

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ms. Dawn Ventura went above and beyond in addressing my concern post-stay.

The toilet did not flush in our first standard room. We had to be transfered. Internet was practically not functional.

Good hotel with courteous staff, who are always ready to help the guests! Decent swimming pool and a separate hot spring pool is available.

Rooms are small, unless one book a villa. Located in a small lane with market at entry point. The hotel location is however not noisy. Not much food options are available for vegetarians.

We all enjoyed our 2-day stay and hope to come back.

The place has a very relaxing view of nature. The staff are very courteous and accommodating.

The cabana room is cozy but the private pool (jacuzzi) needs improvement to be at par with the room. Also, the entrance gate is not attractive.

Was a wonderful stay.

It's a beautiful resort, facilities and surrounding with magnificent cabana rooms, perfect stay. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Very convenient for Manila.

Overnight insects on the pool water, they were cleaned during the morning but it would be better if this is done before the pool opening time.
