Struttura in un ottima posizione, camera ampia e pulita, arredamento moderno e dotata di alcuni servizi

Al tuo arrivo non viene fornita nessuna indicazione per il check-in quindi ti ritrovi davanti ad un portone senza nessun nome della struttura che ti faccia capire di essere arrivato nel luogo giusto, dopo aver chiamato il numero della struttura e arriverà un uomo a ritirare i tuoi bagagli (in strada e con attesa di 15 minuti). Il servizio di check-in è molto confusionario dovrai pagare la tassa di soggiorno al personale direttamente in camera (senza possibilità di resto)e dopo che hanno sbagliato camera e ci hanno fatti entrare in una occupata ( per fortuna vuota). Dalle fotografie sul sito sembra sia presente una reception e quindi un servizio ma questo non corrisponde alla realtà.

Cleanness the staff so friendly location is perfect close to the luxury shopping streets and the castle I recommended I will come back again next time.

Everything was different from the pictures and the description of the booking. A lot of details are missing. It is a big scam.

it’s nothing like the pictures. we didn’t feel safe!!! it’s NOT a hotel! it’s like an apartment that they sublet and 3 guys were staying next to us and it scared the hell out of us bc we walked in to the hallway w them standing there at night this is NOT a hotel and falsely marketed. we left and checked into another hotel bc it was very unsafe w 3 guys in the same apt!!!!

Image wise positive... but in real totally different...

As we knew, the location was great... Responsable person was nice...

At the property, no signage at all, letting you know if you are at the right place. Once arrived, we had to call the host to let us in. Unfortunately tel. line occupied for a long time... waiting in the cold. The room was basically part of a former converted apartment. Part means, within this flat, there was a second room for another guest... just separated by a thin door. The feeling was like sharing an apartment with anonymous guests. On confirmation it says "soundproofed"... Unfortunately, this was not the case... Old & thin doors, maybe still original from the 50's / 60's... Unfortunately the bathroom was not heated at all. Heater was not working. Approx. max 12 °C degrees celsius. Therefore we could not use it, except the washbasin & toilet. Heater in the room, was an air conditioning, working but even in silent mode, too noisy. We had to stop it. As there were no additional blankets, we had to put bath towels to keep warm. No minibar available, as mentioned in the confirmation. Between Room & bathroom (kind of little hallway) broken old tyles... dangerous if barefoot...

Wish I had been aware of the shared apartment arrangement. It was uncomfortable to have so little privacy.

The location is fantastic.

It is a room and a bathroom inside what must have been an apartment. You must walk through the corridor with another room and a bathroom on either side. The communication doors through to the other rooms and corridor are paper thin and you can even a whisper of the other occupants.

Not like the pics, great location, scary vibes

The location couldn't be better. And the price was great. BUT (next section)...

The pictures make this look like a proper hotel. It's not. It's two rooms in a kind of converted flat. The hotel manager has to come from down the street to let you in. The rooms themselves are connected by a door, which seriously freaked me out since I was a woman traveling alone. The doors were really flimsy. Plus there's no sound proofing, so I could hear my next door neighbor (a young man) as he partied through the night. It felt a bit more like student accommodation than a nice hotel, which is a shame since the photos make it look gorgeous. Honestly I'd recommend it for a group of young friends traveling together. I would not recommend it for solo female travelers, or an older couple who wants a quiet stay. The location is incredible and there's all the basics for a decent price. But it's not worth it for the stress of feeling like someone could walk in on you at any time.
