Stay in a palace!

Great room in a lovely old building that genuinely was built as a palace. Good location for a stroll into the town centre. Off street free parking in the grounds of the hotel was much appreciated. Wonderful breakfast!

Séjour exceptionnel en famille.

Tout était parfait ! Petit déjeuner excellent ! Comme si on était à la maison .

Nous sommes venus il y a un an et le jacuzzi était déjà HS; il n’a jamais dû fonctionner. La douche sensorielle du SPA est quelque peu bouchée à cause du calcaire non retiré. Les très jolis azulejos qui décorent la piscine sont en train de tomber, cela donne un air de « laissé aller » qui ne correspond pas au niveau de cet hôtel, c’est dommage car c’est facilement corrigible.

Quando um palácio te conta histórias e tu entras nelas , como se fossem sonhos...

Um lugar maravilhoso, excelente para descansar, num ambiente de palacete renovado onde o toque requintado dos pequenos detalhes se misturam à simplicidade do bom gosto. Uma equipa que nos recebe com muita simpatia e disponibilidade., e nos serve um brunch soberbo. Um quarto e uma casa de banho de óptimas dimensões, luminosidade e modernidade promovem tranquilidade. O exterior com zonas muito agradáveis. Piscina, jacuzzi e restantes áreas de spa muito limpas e muito apetecíveis. (Já com vontade de repetir!) 😁 falta falar dos aromas..cheiro divinal por todos os lados.

Gostámos de tudo! Até do preço kkkk

Grosse déception!

Le dévouement du responsable de l'accueil.

L'absence d'ascenseur. Le jacuzzi en réparation. L'absence de baignoire dans la chambre, alors que notre réservation stipulait bien une baignoire. Le tarif exorbitant du lavage de notre linge (50€ contre 5,50€ quelques jours auparavant dans le précédent hôtel). Quitte à payer autant, la moindre des choses eut été de nous prévenir! La désinvolture du personnel lors du petit déjeuner et leur manque de réactivité / rapidité. La chambre non faite le dernier jour! Au moment de payer, nous aurions aimé un geste commercial, mais nous avons dû payer le tarif annoncé (sans avoir bénéficier des services prévus).

Muito boa com pequenos pormenores muito fáceis de serem resolvidos.

Agradável e suficiente para a nossa pretensão e com uma boa localização da sala. A diversificação da ementa não é comparável com outros hotéis que conhecemos de categoria semelhante.

1-A entrada de claridade ao nascer do sol. 2-A falta de um minibar no quarto. 3- Pequenos pormenores na casa de banho fáceis de melhorar como a falta de um banco, uma prateleira no duche para utensílios pessoais de toilette, uma luz a incidir no espelho ou até um secador de cabelo.

Um local fantástico para se passar um final de semana com família e/ou com amigos

O Hotel é excelente. Tem umas fantásticas infraestruturas Os quartos são muito bons, os WC muito funcionais e bem decorados. O Staff é muito simpatico, profissional e muito atencioso. O SPA é optimo. As refeições que fizemos no hotel estavam bem confeccionadas. Recomendo a estadia nesta unidade hoteleira com excelente relação preço qualidade. Parabéns à Direcção do Hotel e a todos os seus colaboradores que tão bem nos receberam.

Gostei de tudo.

Espetacular

Tudo com muito gosto, tanto de decoração, comodidades, simpatia dos funcionários, instalações exteriores da piscina, spa top! Pequeno almoço, farto e caseiro. Conceito de cozinha aberta, interessante.

Talvez o parque estacionamento ainda por acabar.

Our stay was great! The staff was very kind and helpful, 100% professional. The room was perfect, practically organized and nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing, so many delicious choices, I felt like a princess! The grounds were very spacious for a palace just minutes walking to great restaurants and museums. We enjoyed the pool and spa very much, especially the infinity hot tub! I'm already thinking about my next visit and my children asked "Mommy, can we come back again". ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel was definitely the right choice for us and I would highly recommend it for you!

I think the addition of a drinking water machine in the spa are would be nice.

Bathroom window facing the street. Pulling the blinds requires using the lights. They should put Matt tint on the window and let that light get in!

Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi.

Lack of coffee making facilities. Sloping ceiling in bedroom was a hazard. Also, our room was not serviced. Lack of lift. Not their fault, but it rained throughout our stay so could not make use of the outdoor facilities.

Very good

Breakfast was great but lacked more basic flavours, like they had a lot of cheeses and cold meats but all very traditional, only cheeses available were very strong goat cheese and meats where smoked chouriços, sometimes for breakfast we want simpler flavours available.

Relaxing right at the center of Portalegre

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was quite complete, and the swimming pool and spa area sure provides some nice moments. Super well localized, right in the center, easy parking, and excellent value for money.
