This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath house is conveniently located in the heart of Foley. Situated in a residential area, it offers easy access to the beaches and is within walking distance of local parks. In the Foley area, families can enjoy train rides around Foley's Heritage Park, also known as John B. Foley Park, where the museum is located. The park features a gazebo and is a great place for family outings. There are numerous attractions to explore in the Foley area, including OWA, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Foley Sports Complex. The property is just a short drive from the Tanger Outlets and is conveniently close to the hospital.

The house features two decks, one in the front for relaxation, and a second one on the back with a refrigerator, perfect for storing the catch of the day. The property also has a spacious, fenced grassy area that's ideal for your furry best friend. A sunroom off the kitchen serves as a bonus air-conditioned room for game nights and family dinners. The property offers ample parking space for a boat or trailer, and it provides internet and Wi-Fi for connecting all your tablets and devices.

Inside the house, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay. There's a dining area as well as seating at the bar. For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. This property is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

Additional information: Vehicle registration tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking spaces available. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted. The property is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet required.

We booked this house for three nights for a softball tournament. I booked while in the car while my husband and I were running errands. Soon after they texted me a link to docs that needed to be signed within 24 hr. No problem. I’d do it when I got home. Then I got a second and third text about this form as well as an email and a call . Within an hour. So I texted back and told them it wasn’t even close to 24 hours to stop blowing up my phone. They then sent me a text telling me they were not going to let me cancel- which I said nothing about cancelling . I also saw an email they sent me later saying I requested a cancellation. When all I said was I’ll fill out the forms when Jm home stop blowing up my phone . Fast forward to check in. It clearly states on VRBO check in is 3 PM. I got a text that morning saying check in was 3-5. We had just driven overnight from Indiana so I wasn’t super happy about the 3-5. I texted them at 3:45 asking the status because the VRBO listing states 3PM and got a text back all in caps how sometimes it cannot be done by 3 during the busy season and early check ins are NOT permitted. I own a VRBO and a larger one and always have it cleaned by check in but if I didn’t, I’d apologize and explain . I was just entirely put off by the attitudes The house itself was cute, clean and just as described. No problems with it but I’d never rent from anything with this management company .

Nice house about a half hour from beach! Convenient for local dining. Perfect back yard for corn hole!

Weather was perfect and the property was very close to what listing showed. Fenced in backyard was nice for our dog but the dog next door attacking the bottom of the fence has pushed in the boards. Be careful if you have a small dog. Needs a little repair

Enjoyed a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Location was close to the beaches, but far enough to escape traffic & crowds. Management from reservation to check in and check out was very easy.

The place was close to things that we wanted to do. About 30 minutes from the beach and I wish that was closer but lots of grocery stores and restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes. It was very clean and cutely decorated with all that you would need. Great neighborhood. I would stay here again!

We came down for my 11 year olds baseball tournament which happened to one minute from the home but not too far from the beach! We had the air out and a leak in master bath but the rental company was very prompt on getting it all taken care of! The home was just as beautiful as the pictures. We definitely would come back!

We wanted to try out the area as a possible retirement location while also getting away from winter weather. Great property, was the perfect size for us. 3rd bedroom was good for visitors (although I would only put a young child on the upper bunk) Backyard was perfect for the dog, lots of room to run. I work remotely and the back area was perfect for my desk setup with lots of windows and sun. Front porch was great for getting a bit of sun in between meetings. We really enjoyed the Foley area. Cute downtown with monthly events in the park, great dog park, walking paths, and friendly people. Plus the outlet malls and lots of shopping, and OWA for addtionall restaurants and events. Its' a quick trip to Gulf Shores for beach and State Park trails. The home is on a peaceful cul-de-sac and we had access to the attached garage for our car and storage. Property company was helpful and easy to reach if needed.

A little case of bad timing but there was a water leak when we arrived. We called and the Matinence team was out same day and we everything got taken care of quickly and mostly when we were out of the house The property was great! The beds were very comfortable and the living space was awesome. Showers were a little small but I'm a little big lol. Also there is a SatsumaTree out back which give free fruit for breakfast!! Definitely staying here again!!
