Coco Sunset Hills is a sprawling gated community with 6 amazing pools, beautiful landscaping and lots of parking. This complex is just a short walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more! Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants as well as shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door.

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Great view and location. Great sunsets off the upper deck! Property managers always responded when there was issues. The place was some what dated and not clean when we arrived. We did have problems with hot water and the washing machine. They were nice enough to extend our checkout time because of these problems.

Great location. 5 min walk to beach. Ocean view. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication with staff was excellent using what’s app. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one thinking of going to playa de coco.

The property is beautiful and and well cared for. Two biggest problem we had was a built-in brick bbq downstairs under our deck. It’s part of the property. A guy burned wood that he collected to bbq with. Smoked up the whole area with thick smoke. It happened 4 times at sunset. The neighbors and us had to go in for two hours for the smoke to clear. The other is the AC in the master bedroom. It Ran between 78/76 degrees until morning then it got to 73 degrees. I had brought an humidity and degrees thermometer. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Excellent choice for the area, the view is fabulous (especially from the upper balcony), the veranda is fantastic. TV and wi-fi if you need it, all good. We've stayed in a few properties within this development and this property is a deal for sure.

The condo was clean and well-stocked for cooking, and the view was amazing. The property managers were wonderful - they arranged a boat trip for us, found and returned an item we had left behind in our transportation from the airport, and gave us an amazing tip for a place to get great seafood. We would definitely return there.

I’ve stayed at this condo for a 1 week vacation and a month stay and both times were perfect. It has everything you need for a short or long stay - full kitchen, outdoor BBQ, surprisingly powerful shower and the comfiest beds and couches. The ocean views are fantastic, I hung out on the balcony for many of my sunsets there. The many pools at the complex are also gorgeous and surprisingly quiet. It’s an easy walk to town and I always felt safe walking back knowing security is there 24/7. I can’t recommend this place enough - it’s the perfect Coco getaway.

We loved this property. It was very safe with the gated door. The condo was clean and spacious. Lots of things to cook with (just no oil so maybe grab some for less sticking). The beach chairs were such an awesome addition to have so we didn’t have to worry about just laying on towels at the beach! Jennifer was really communicative and responded promptly whenever we had questions. Overall such a great place to stay! I would definitely go back.
