This home provided the perfect stay for a family gathering during our wedding. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to gather. Easy to get to location. All basic amenities provided. Close to shopping. Clean home. Plenty of parking. Great space all around. Thanks for sharing your home !

We were a group of 8 women on our annual retreat. The main floor of the house was fine. The kitchen was stocked with appliances in good working order. There wasn’t a coffee grinder, unless we didn’t find it. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the attached garage. The main floor bedrooms were adequate although one of the beds had a slat missing so the mattress sagged. The lower level bedrooms were also adequate but extra blankets would have been a real help. There were two extra blankets but really needed a few more. It got cold down there. The front deck was spacious although noisy due to the busy street on one side of the house. Extra chairs on the deck would have been a plus as there were only two chairs. The outdoor area / fire pit was unable to be used because the yard was weedy and unmowed. The grill worked fine and the owners were quick to respond and deliver gas when we needed it. We enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay in Sammamish near family. The house was clean and had large bedrooms. There is a sidewalk to the lake which has a pathway for running/walking. Overall great location with easy access to downtown Seattle.

First of all, the place was clean and the rooms were all nice. Great location and nice family spaces. However, there were not enough towels for our group of 9 adults and there wasn’t enough silverware either. It also was too warm at night and when we turned the heat down so we could sleep better, it was automated and kept going up to 72.

Our experience at the Sammamish home was very positive. My family met my sister's family there to celebrate an event. Lee was prompt to communicate with us and check in was very smooth. This home has several features that suit a family gathering. The large front deck, a living room couch which could hold all 11 of us, and various rooms to spread out. I needed to do marking, and our University age children needed to study, and so we set up in a large basement study room while the others played games in other spaces. We cooked every meal in the home and the appliances were great. We brought in a table from the garage to extend the dining room table. Fortunately for us, the day we arrived the city had opened an extensive paved trail that goes beside Lake Sammamish which makes for great walking/biking. The public water access is about 2.5 miles away and is a small waterfront park. You can walk/bike there or drive and park. If you had small children, or dogs, you would monitor them outside (of course) as the yard is unfenced.

Overall great stay! Very large and lots of space for people to spread out. The house was clean, and the basement was very kid-proof, which was great. Cons were that the back door was easy to open and there was no gate between the yard and the street, and there were some spiders in the basement.

Well planned space in a clean and welcoming home. Perfect for sharing. Lovely walking trails along the nearby lakeshore. Easy access to main roads for exploring further afield. Lee was a most accommodating host. This listing was everything it promised and more!

We had a group of 9; 2 grandparents, 4 parents and 3 children between 6 and 11. The home allowed us to spread out having two gathering areas and plenty of bedrooms. It is convenient to beautiful Lake Sammamish, restaurants, stores and an off-leash dog park for our puppy. It was also nice to have the garage for parking along with space on the driveway. We all enjoyed the property and would rent it again.
