Just 5 miles to the newest West Bay Casino in Kingston and 12 miles to Choctaw Casino. Only 20 minutes to Texas for more great restaurants and shopping. Enjoy modern furnishings and appliances with 65" smart TV with Wi-Fi included. Outside picnic table, BQ grill, and chairs surrounding a firepit with Edison lights hanging above. Great place to stay. Very quite at night. Close to the lake to do some fishing and close to the Casino’s to do some gambling. Something both of us like.

The house was just as pictured and the perfect size for us!! I usually dread sofa beds, but it was very comfortable! Location was perfectly situated between Kingston and Durant, making many places easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. There were some wifi issues, but the host was very responsive and showed us how to fix the issue when it happened again. We enjoyed exploring SE Oklahoma and this was a comfortable place to come back to in the evenings.

1. Once arrived noticed additional "cleanliness" rules adhered to refrigerator. For the price of the cleaning fee, one should not have to wash, dry and put all dishes away. We decided not to use any except two coffee cups which we had to wash before using due to spiders living in each. 2. Two spiders (needed to kill) in bedroom by suitcases. 3. Poor door lock system. Was locked out over an hour.

We were in town for a funeral and your cabin was a wonderful spot for us to have some time to ourselves to reflect on our loved one. We felt safe and the friendly neighbors would always wave. We highly recommend you cabin

Cool little spot, the vibes were awesome, such a cozy spot for a little getaway weekend with a partner. The BNB was very clean and maintained, the hosts were super responsive and very friendly; they came to drop off a grill brush just to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend this bnb

Everything was great. The bed uncomfortable and hard so we tried the pull out couch. That was even worse the top of the bed sunk down. We did like the location and the ease of getting into this vrbo. Love the design and decor.

This cabin is a perfect spot for visiting Texoma! Lots of parking for two trucks and bass boats!! Very quiet neighborhood and very close to two boat ramps. I will definitely stay here again.

Really nice little house. Clean, well equipped, everything you'd want. The neighborhood was not the greatest but this, and it's price, is not a luxury water-front accommodation. I would definitely recommend it as a comfortable, clean, convenient place to stay.

My husband and I picked this little spot for our wedding anniversary weekend. We were looking for a weekend of fishing, relaxing, and enjoying a quiet time together and this place was perfect! We loved how modern and beautiful the home was the owner did an amazing job designing this tiny home! We were down the road from a great fishing spot and also loved the fact we had our own area next to the home to use a grill and a nice fire pit. The home was very clean, with a very comfy bed, all appliances were in perfect condition! We will definitely be back soon!

We go to Lake Texoma to fish. Not a lot of places open for eating unless you want to drive to Durant for late nighters. This place was perfect for us. Very clean and neat. Kitchen appliances and utensils so we could make a quick bite to eat. Nice outside area to sit by a fire. Electricity for boat hookups.

It was a nice and cozy place, decorated very nice on the inside, but needed to dress up the outside. A couple of chairs by the door would have been nice. The biggest complaint I had was the mattress on the bed was extremely too hard. Overall it was a quiet place to relax, with great ammenities and I would stay there again
