About this cottage rental
The living areas include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a sitting room with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin along with a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, and EV charging point, and an enclosed garden. This property accepts two well-behaved pets however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, 0.4 miles there is a pub and 0.5 miles, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Beach House is a delightful escape, whatever time of year. Note: There is a charge of £21 per pet, per week.
Amenities: Gas central heating with feature gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars with 13 amp socket available for electric vehicles, access by separate agreement. Enclosed garden. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Note: There is a charge of £21 per pet, per week. Note: This property only accepts check in's on a Monday or a Thursday between April and September. Please Note: The garden lights will turn off at 11pm in summer and 9pm in the winter, this will be actioned when the clocks go forward or back accordingly.
