This 1750 sq ft home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a comfortable retreat for your stay. The private outdoor covered patio includes a relaxing fire pit area and is complemented by Smart TVs throughout the house. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a 10-foot couch and additional bar seating. The indoor/outdoor room features Bluetooth connectivity and surround sound for your entertainment pleasure.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged:
BEDROOM 1: King Bed, conveniently close to Bathroom 1 & Laundry Area, with sliding glass door access to the outdoor area.
BEDROOM 2: King Bed, located directly off the kitchen, featuring a super comfy couch (the only bedroom without a TV).
BEDROOM 3: King Bed, also adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with a Smart TV.
BEDROOM 4: King Bed and a Bunk Bed with Full Size Mattresses, complete with 24” Smart TVs inside the bunk area, as well as a Smart TV in the room, positioned off the kitchen.

The living area is spacious and cozy, with a 10-foot couch and Smart TV. The kitchen area offers bar seating for six, and additional barstools are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig with limited complimentary Starbucks Pike Place K-Cups, sugar cubes, and honey sticks.
-OUTDOOR LIVING -
Deck patio provides a peaceful retreat with swinging chairs and a fire pit area. An inviting hammock area and a hot tub await your relaxation. The property also includes a private dock, ample parking for cars and boat trailers.
-BOAT LAUNCH-The nearest boat ramp if you are wanting to bring your own boat is Hill Wheatley Park.
-GENERAL AMENITIES-
The property offers free WiFi, linens, towels, central heat, and air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for added comfort. You'll also find a washer and dryer for your convenience, and toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, complimentary Bathhouse Soapery Soaps, and makeup remover towels are provided.
-THE LOCATION -
Lake Hamilton is a haven for water sports enthusiasts and fishing aficionados. The lake is home to various fish species, including largemouth bass, striped bass, hybrid striped bass, and crappie. The crystal clear waters near the northernmost tip are particularly ideal for trout and striped bass fishing.
In addition to enjoying the lake, you'll find plenty to explore in Hot Springs. Downtown offers attractions such as Hot Springs National Park, Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, and Bathhouse Row. Nature lovers can explore the 26 miles of hiking trails in the park, and biking enthusiasts can take guided tours through historic downtown with Hot Springs Bicycle Touring Co.

Please note that smoking inside the home is not allowed.Pets Allowed - Dogs ONLY *under 20 lbs - Mandatory Pet Fee $125 per stay - Max 1 pet. The property does not allow events or parties. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. No unregistered guests allowed. Must have approval from management to have any extra guests on the property at any time. Please be aware that exterior surveillance cameras are present on the property, but they do not monitor interior spaces.
