Adventure awaits at this rare waterfront condo with 3 bedrooms. Fully renovated including luxury furnishings and linens. Boat slip included with rental. Sleeps 8 people. Breathtaking sunsets and high rise views for miles at the main channel of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs National Park off of 7 South. The waterfront property is in a quiet community with gated access. As soon as you step in the front door, the multiple oversized windows will draw you to the lake view. It feels like living in a fish bowl. There are 2 covered balconies that are the perfect birds-eye view for boat watching and holiday fireworks. Also, don’t miss the spectacular sunsets each night.
Equipped for 8 guests. Sleeping accommodations include one master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding glass door to a balcony with panoramic lake views. First guest bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony with big lake views. The 2nd guest bedroom includes a queen bed and custom built-in twin xl bunks. Sleep soundly with new, cooling gel memory foam mattresses and luxurious bedding and linens. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen including all new appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. No outdoor grill on the balconies, but there is a charcoal grill located at the clubhouse next to the pool. If you prefer eating out, there are many restaurant options minutes away.
One reserved parking spot available. Other vehicles may park in guest designated areas. Keyless entry. With over 1,700 sq ft, there is plenty of room in one level for everyone to spread out. We had a busy weekend planned and I was so relieved that the complex was so conveniently located, clean and nice. The owners did a fantastic job of making sure we had what we needed. They were also very responsive to our questions! I highly recommend this beautifully decorated property.

Lovely house on Mirimichi golf course. Great deck that overlooks the number 12 fairway. Well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely book here again.

This is our family’s second year in this unit. We have really enjoyed just packing our suitcases and showing up- you have everything in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. The ambiance is peaceful and uncluttered, the opposite of our actual home;0), which is probably why we enjoy it so much! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, fast internet and the pool. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The hosts are so kind and quick to respond. We look forward to staying again next summer!

Great location to gather and be together, relaxing and home-like atmosphere. Everything we needed was convenient and there. We rented a pontoon boat and the captain, he picked us up at the condo's boat slip--amazing day-and all so easy!!!

Our stay here was amazing. Everything in the condo is immaculate and well thought out for anything a guest could ever want or need. It’s about 10 minutes from the downtown area, and right on the lake so travel time is minimal. We liked that we could go downtown and shop/eat, or if we wanted to get away from the crowds we could return to the lake area with plenty of other restaurant options and beautiful scenery too! The only thing that would have made this property better is having a personal hot tub, but it’s not possible in this particular set up. There is a shared hot tub in the complex though! Overall it was amazing and we would come back again and again.

We had two great day with the granddaughters who are now ten. My wife cooked with them and shopped, of course. They taught me computer games. The condo was perfect. Great views and wonderful space for such an event. We hope to rent it again soon.
We think our son is rooted in Hot Springs for good now.

We stayed at Castaway over the weekend with friends. The condo is beautifully decorated. Everything is updated, making it warm and inviting. The views of the lake from just about every room are fabulous. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The hosts are very responsive and made sure we had all of the information and instructions we needed for the weekend. We will be back to stay very soon!

This is an amazing property with a spectacular view. The host paid close attention to every little detail ensuring our stay was the best ever. The beds are very comfortable and the host went out of her way to make it extra special for our birthday celebration. We will be back!!

We just needed to take a break and get some rest, so we chose Lake Hamilton. This condo was perfect!! It was comfortable and cozy. The location was so convenient and the view beautiful.

We spent two nights over the weekend to visit out twin granddaughters. The place is beautiful and appears new. It was spotless with three nice bedrooms. The views from many of the rooms were spectacular. It rained all weeks so the sky and the water was dramatic.
We will definitely try to books the condo in the future.

This condo is a comfortable home away from home ,not enough words to describe this great place. All the little extras was wonderful gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton we enjoyed immensely our week here would highly recommend for anyone you will enjoy.

Super easy to reserve the condo & options on payment! Great location, close to everything! Owner has a binder in condo with things to do & great places to eat as well as brochures for different activities! We did eat out a lot but we cooked breakfast & there was everything you would need to cook!! Highly recommend this condo for vacations or get away weekends!!

This unit has been completely remodeled. Built to accommodate 3 couples or a family of five. View is right on the lake...right in the heart of all the action of Lake Hamilton! We loved it!

We couldn’t have asked for more- this condo has it all! It is beautifully decorated, cozy and inviting. The view is perfect and the location is so convenient. Our kids adored the bunk beds and we enjoyed the comfy king bed. The bathrooms were stocked with Aveda products, make up remover, fluffy white towels and cute black make up/ face towels. We like having the extra fans as noise makers for our kids room. The HVAC was nice and cool. The owners left us snacks, k cups, and waters in the fridge. There was a brita pitcher for water which was a nice touch. We appreciated the laundry room and the dishwasher pods- made it easy to leave the place tidy. It really was so easy to access the property and the owners were so friendly and fast to answer our questions. We hope to return again next year! The protery’s pool is very close to the condo. It’s also great there is a boat slip available if you happen to bring a boat to enjoy. We cannot say enough nice things about this property! Great memories were made over the week we stayed! Thank you!

We stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. We had 8 people with 4 adults and 4 kids. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient to local restaurants. It was a wonderful place to spend a weekend. We enjoyed the boat slip and the other amenities like the pool. But enough about about the amazing property, the hosts are the best. We have stayed with a lot of property owners through websites, but I think these are the best. Responsive and understanding. A true 5 stare place. Hope we can stay again.
