The cottage is also equipped with gaming level high-speed internet with 500 Mbps.
The main floor has the main remodeled full bathroom. Up the stairs (13 carpeted stairs) there is a full bath with a skylight; and a large dormer -- with views of Lake Michigan. There is another queen bed plus a full bed with a twin (rolls out from trundle bed). There’s also a desk upstairs for a quiet, workspace.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, silverware, blender, toaster, and coffee maker . There's a nice fenced-in backyard with a patio, furniture, and a gas grill. Two new bikes are available in the garage.

Lakeview Cottage is across (88 ft) from the 50-acre wooded Neshotah Park. Besides having the beach voted the best in Wisconsin, there’s beach volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, softball, horseshoe pits and launching sites for kayaks.

Right outside the door of Lakeview Cottage are two bike trails heading north and south on the Lakeshore. The Rawley Point Bike Trail takes you on a fabulous six-mile ride through wooded forests ending up at the absolutely beautiful sand dune beaches of Point Beach State Park.
In the winter these same trails are groomed for cross country skiing.

The Mariner Trail bike way heads south six miles along the lakeshore to Manitowoc. All along the way are gorgeous gardens planted by volunteer families and world-class art sculptures. From Lakeview Cottage you can walk to stores, bars, restaurants, and the quaint Two Rivers downtown with its public park on Main Street. The twin city of Manitowoc is seven miles to the south. It has become a destination for numerous craft breweries and fine dining

Enjoyed my 2 night get-away with friends. I would call it a 6 person property for sleeping accommodations. Appreciated the closeness to the lake and the cozy atmosphere of the cottage. We all hope to return next year!

Overall, we had a very nice time. The house was immaculately clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. This was our first trip to Wisconsin so everything was a new experience for us. We were disappointed that even in August several things were closed, but of course that has nothing to do with the owners of our rental. The owners have done a nice job of updating the house—both bathrooms have beautiful tile, and the refinished hardwood floors are charming. We also really liked the soothing paint colors. We didn't use the upstairs shower, as the light fixture was broken and a desk lamp was being used in that space instead (concerned about fire hazard). There are a few things that could have made the stay even better. While we never do elaborate cooking on a vacation, there were quite a few basic things that were missing, including a stock pot for making pasta, a vegetable peeler, measuring cups and spoons, ice cream scoop, and dish drainer. The main bedroom could use small tables on either side of the bed, particularly for those of us who require glasses and need a spot to keep them safe at night. While the front porch was wonderful, the backyard was a disappointment. There was a table and chairs in the yard, but all were so filthy that we couldn't eat outside. I know it is work to keep a set like that clean (this needed a good power washing), so honestly it would be better not to provide if that is too much maintenance.

Our family of four really enjoyed this location and the home. It had all of the basics we needed plus some extras and the couple of minor items I had questions about were handled promptly by the property owner. Very clean, especially for being dog friendly! AC worked well. Cute decor and appreciate it was sparse so we had room for our items. Updated first floor bath was really nice. Appreciated the bikes and the beach wagon. Neighbors we met were friendly and the new fresh coast bar nearby was a fun stop before dinner. Suggestions - at this price point we felt the first floor bedroom needs nightstands of some kind and a dresser or similar for storage vs the old armoire that is there - wasn’t very functional for a five night stay. Backyard dining furniture is in very rough shape. 2nd floor bath needs proper lighting. A larger/nicer living room couch would be nice. Overall this was a very nice home and great location and we would stay here again!

This cottage is at a perfect vacation spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The washer and dryer were very useful. The kitchen was fully stocked. A few comments about the first floor bedroom. It would be useful to have 2 nightstands for eye glasses and cell phones. The old TV armoire could be replaced with a dresser to put clothes in. I saw there was one upstairs. Other then that, this cottage is Amazing!

My wife and I stayed here six nights while waiting for our new house to be completed. Every morning we walk to the beach to watch the sun rise. We enjoyed our stay. (We also had a pet.)
