Terrible noise from construction work

Apartment was clean and Rustic Vejer de Frontera is lovely Nice terrace Nice swimming pool

Owner Failed to tell us about Construction work In the white Pueblos the streets are tiny....there was building work gping on in house opposite It woke us every morning at 8am and went on late at night until 10.20pm We contacted the ownwr who said they had asked them not to make a noise,which makws us feel this iscan ongoing issue This made the builders worse.they started work at 7.30am....i have recordings Do not book this Apartment until you have confirmation the building work is completed They admitted they with held the information,basically said it was out of their hands Yet they took our hard earned money .it was a terrible 4 days...very noisy Could not sit on the terrace for the constant building noise We cinsidered leaving on day 2 but gave thwm chance to address it.it got worse We work hard for our holidays and should have been told so we could choose other options No solution has been offered We hv been woken very early eveey day and noise into the night Im well travelled and this was totally upsetting

Había mucha humedad dentro del apartamento por lo q su olor era desagradable a pesar del aparato q existía para ello.

El Spa que está en la cueva, por lejos lo mejor de nuestro paso por casablanca. Además de ello la ubicación perfecta, tienes todo cerca para conocer.

Mejorable la experiencia.

Muy céntrico. Apartamento rustico muy limpio y agradable. Lo mejor la terma pero no se puede activar los mecanismos individualmente. Los tienen centralizados.

Apartamento 4. Primera planta con escalones muy inclinados. Problema de malos olores en baño.

Muy cerca del paraíso

El alojamiento es un pequeño paraíso en el centro de Vejer. Esta montado con muchos detalles que mejoran la experiencia (toallas de calidad), servicio de limpieza diario (no habitual en muchos apartamentos en Vejer). Decorado con mucho gusto y con elementos de cierta calidad. La experiencia previa y post alojamiento fueron perfectas, gran trabajo de marketing (cuidado por la experiencia de cliente). Nos facilitaron de forma clara las indicaciones para llegar y acceder. El personal de limpieza encantador, resolvieron todo lo que necesitamos. Nuestro apartamento tenia un pequeño patio que nos permitía sentirnos como en una casita de pueblo, fantástico! Las termas todo un lujo!

Creo que los básicos que buscas en un alojamiento no cumplían con nuestros mínimos…la cama no era muy cómoda, se movía cada vez que nos dábamos la vuelta, la wifi y la tv no funcionaban. La ducha tiene un gran problema de fugas, nos hospedamos en el apartamento 1, el baño se convertía en una piscina por mucho cuidado que tuvieras. Teníamos luz que entraba durante gran parte de la noche, no hay cortinas o buenas contraventanas (no cerraban) que evitaran esto. Nos facilitaron unas toallas para poder taparlas pero no era suficiente, quizás una cortina en la entrada de la habitación pueda ser una buena solución. Por esto el descanso, una ducha relajada y agradable y poder disfrutar de un ratito de relax viendo la tv o internet no fueron los previstos. Nos comunicamos con la dirección pero no pudieron arreglarlo durante nuestra estancia. En conclusión la calidad respecto a lo que cuesta no se ajustaron a lo esperado.

el confort , la hospitalidad y la habitabilidad del hotel. El diseño y el mimo y cuidado de la decoración y de la recuperación arquitectónica del edificio y el encaje de la piscina en la cueva...inmejorable.

Very good

easy access via front door by code and then lock box code for apartment key. lovely heated pool in cave was nice and quiet a 1 minute walk from the square - good place for restaurants and taxis. 10 minutes for sunshine tour showground which was the purpose of my stay parking is about a 5 minute walk away

Relaxing

The apartment was very charming and the pool was even better than in the pictures.

There was a light coming into the room via the door at night but otherwise very pleasant stay.

lovely little place to stay (the termal is something very unique to find in an apartment)

Very nice apartment, is located perfect right in the center.

only that there is 1 toilet and you have to go past the 2nd bedroom to get to it. it’s nothing bad really (but I would suggest whoever uses the toilet a lot should stay in the 2nd bedroom.

we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The property was in a fantastic location within the old town and near some fabulous restaurants. The pool was lovely and warm and really atmospheric. I really liked the modern rustic interior design of the property. the communal courtyard and the rooftop terrace would be really lovely at a warmer time of year. The kitchen had everything you would need for an easy meal and breakfast.

Our only problem was that there wasn’t enough clothes storage for us in the apartment, so we couldn’t unpack properly for our four nights away.

things to improve for the owners

very pleasant en great location from this appartement block. with a fantastic pool with heated water. the appartement block has a lot of charisma because of the structure from the buildings.

bathroom was not clean enough when we arrived. long hairs were laying in the shower and arround the sink. very noisey you can hear alot noise from the neighbors . its old fashioned walls with no insolation.neighbours playing loud music very late in the evening. and by the owner was told very simple to call the police. find it a bit unexeptable for this price that you have to deal with these kind of things. beds are too short. but for the rest everything is ok.

Hidden gem in the middle of Vejer de la Frontera. Modern yet contemporary, recommended!

What a beautiful surprise, in one of the the quiet little streets around the corner of plaza de españa there is a door behind which is this hidden gem. Nice little open courtyard, with access to the magical 'cave-pool' as we called it. The apartment has everything you need and was up to modern standards yet with the old details of the building/area preserved. Nicely styled! It was perfect.

Special place to stay in Vejer

Beautiful place made with lots of attention to detail, special room allocation and a stunning cave-pool. Very well located to enjoy views and restaurants close by. Coffee machine and coffee in zhe toom.

Would be great to be able to pay directly online so that the host does not need to make the effort to come by. Also, make sure to bring earplugs.

Location was very central a few meters from Plaza España

The indoor pool was a little cold and jets did not have oral or were not on, but this is complaining on high level: it’s an amazing indoor pool and amazing that we were allowed to use it

Pleasant

Location is great - right in the center of town.

Breach of GDPR - before arrival we got information of some other, random guests - their names and document number. There was no option to do the registration face to face, had to be done online. WiFi didn't work.

Perfect location but not yet ready

Brand new facilities (renovated) and excellent location. Host helped us with parking and laundry.

We should get clear instructions to arrive by car as you get easily stuck in the narrow streets if you follow car navigation. We were told the place was recently open, which may justify the strong paint smell, absence of Wi-Fi, the cold pool, the lack of black-out curtains in the room and an inconsistency in room cleaning (one day yes, the other day no). We were also disappointed to see a large group of young people playing music loud and chanting in the patio / pool on our last day.
