clean, nice bathroom

not as advertised, several flats in the building not clear which one you get when making the initial booking. we were expecting a larger room.

Great location and facilities, with complications.

There were no check in staff, it was all done via entry codes. I wasn’t expecting this, although it did say it in the booking documents. I must say I prefer the human touch. The room had everything I could have needed for a short stay. Car park was a decent size with plenty of room, but after I’d dropped my stuff off, I had to go back round the one was system to find the door to the garage. The hotel location was great for the Roman remains.

The hotel wasn’t in the best area, but that wasn’t an issue. The hotel didn’t provide breakfast, and I had to spend time hunting round the local streets to find some. It would be handy if the emailed guidance could suggest some places for breakfast.

Una ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo, en una calle muy tranquila, con el parking justo al lado y además con dos plazas para descargar y cargar el equipaje.

Todo genial repetiremos

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y que tuviera plaza de garaje aunque no cogimos el coche en todo el fin de semana por qué como ya digo todo estaba cerca. Nos mandaron un mensaje con las claves de acceso por la mañana antes de llegar y información para poder visitar y la verdad es que lo agradecimos muchísimo. Muy amables recomendable 100%

El baño en la habitación la puerta era corredera lo que no daba mucha intimidad. El lavabo más grande qje la pila se caía todo el agua y era incómodo. Las almohadas… creo que deberían cambiarlas incómodas se deformaban… Y bueno nos tocó la habitación 1 y bueno se oía todo…

无可挑剔！房间离主要景点都很近，位置方便且闹中取静，能够睡个好觉。房间面积较大，屋内设施齐全且现代化（特别是吹风机，是我这趟旅行住的酒店里的最好的😂）。工作人员热情友好，线上回复消息及时，不仅协助我提前入住，还帮助了我在退房后寄存行李。特别是这次旅行赶上了当地的Emérita Lúdica，房东热情向我介绍了这个节日。非常完美的旅行，期待有机会回到梅里达再次入住这里！

提醒一下搭大巴来的游客，从车站走到酒店的坡路比较多，需要规划好步行路线～

Good location. Not enough parking spaces available!

The room was nice and clean. Location was good

It states that parking is available but then they only have four spaces for 5 apartments, which doesnt make sense. They were full so we had to park 5 minutes away from the apartment. Also when we entered the room there were tons of flies attached to the wall. We were shocked. We called the property and she told me to go in search for a spray in a cupboard downstairs and that the maid had left the window open. In the end we had to sleep with the bad smell of the spray and flies around us. Not really professional service.

Tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Está todo nuevo en una calle muy tranquila. Pudimos aparcar el coche en la misma puerta. La atención aunque es por WhatsApp es muy rápida y totalmente eficiente. La habitación muy grande y no faltan detalles como gel, champú e incluso cafetera y cápsulas de café. La cama y las almohadas nos resultaron cómodas. Totalmente recomendable.

Ótima relação custo x benefício! Localização e limpeza excelentes.

Excelente localização. Apenas 10 minutos de distância do Anfiteatro romano. Quarto espaçoso e extremamente limpo. A garagem fica do outro lado da rua, pouco antes do hotel, mas consegui uma vaga na porta e fiz tudo à pé.

Não encontrei ninguém na recepção, em nenhum momento. Portanto, tive que descobrir sozinho onde ficava a garagem e se deveria manter a placa indicativa de hóspede no painel do carro, mesmo tendo parado na vaga à porta do hotel.

Altogether confirmed by the hotel, there was no indoor car parking, there were no staff at the hotel to ask. because we were driving an expensive car full with expensive items we had no option other than find a different hotel. the area where the hotel is located is very rough and scruffy and wouldn’t have left any vehicle parked outside!

Enjoyed our stay, recommendations

Good location, close to sights, big , modern and new room and BEST of all parking infront of the hotel , free of charge.

There was no reception, and you had to fill in a form thru a link before arrival. The form did not open on any of our Iphones ( two familymembers tried) , so it caused a small confusion and harm.

Comfy quiet stay

In a quiet area with everything at walking distance. Very clean with a nice extremaduran decorative touch and feeling.

The room was not too small

You know when you lie in a bed and things bite you but you can’t see them. I know you have all experienced it. It’s like opening an old book and suddenly your hands itch. This was the same when I was sleeping in the apartment. The bed needs a good fumigation. As a solo traveller I also did not feel safe walking down the street at night. The place is not in a good area of the town.

I would rather have been in a more traditional hotel

The room was nice.

No reception. I got a WhatsApp message on how to get in the hotel after arriving in town and lost an hour to be able to get in. Not my kind of reception. May be I am too old for such a complex check-in. Garage is hard to get in and my car, an Audi, being low, scratched its belly because of the way the entrance is constructed. No food service and no silverware or plates if you want to bring food in. Decorator nice place but not user friendly.

Best value, great accommodation, amazing place.

Absolutely perfect room, all new, very good quality, loved the bathroom, the bed was comfy. The air conditioning and fan made the room lovely and cool. very quickly. Perfectly clean. The location is great, close to everything, but in a small quiet street. The parking is an added bonus not having to worry about the car. All this at an incredible price. We stayed 3 nights. Merida is amazing.
