newly renovated rooms, comfy bed, good shower, friendly stuff who held our bags after check out (even offered us to use the pool after checking out but we went to the beach instead).

bring ear plugs, as other guests can noisy at night in the corridor

Love the location.

This is my third time staying at this hotel- twice with booking.com, once booked directly. The staff made our check in and check out processes very frustrating. Our room was not ready on time and the staff brushed it off. After asking, they decided to move us to a different room that was ready. Why wouldn’t they have done this in the first place? Why keep us waiting intentionally? The room we moved into did not have all included amenities (hairdryer, etc). We had to continually ask at the front desk as there are no phones to lobby. Prior to check out, the housekeeping tried to enter our room three times during the last hour of our booking, each time using the key to open the door, and only knocking the first time. We paid for the hour, and this was intrusive, inappropriate, and made us incredibly uncomfortable. We mentioned at check out but weren’t offered an apology. The price of this hotel is expensive, and we already weren’t getting the pool. As a frequent guest I feel I deserved better, and got the worst out of the staff, which added disappointment to what should have been a great weekend getaway. I hope grove hotel can make it up to me in someway for a future stay, given my history of booking this hotel.

The property was a buzz on the 4th of July weekend, the music and parties at the attached Ice Palace were a lot of fun! The recently renovated rooms were comfortable, clean and nice!

The front office door is a bit hidden, coming from the ferry it's on the opposite end of the building, the signage could've been more clear. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed for renovations, but the property discounted our stay to compensate.

The recent Reno’s they did made it feel much more modern and clean.

The only bad experience was on the last night there was a fight outside of my room. Police were involved and sounded like someone was getting arrested.. a bit messy.. definitely killed the vibe for the last night.

The only thing I will say is that the guest on the other rooms were screaming and making a lot of noise while walking the hallway and from the pother rooms, that will be the only thing I will encourage you to be on top of so everybody can be more respectful of other peoples vacations. Other than than the Hotel was great, clean, nice and cozy,,,,Happy with my stay there

awesome location, convenient to all major cherry grove businesses and short walking distance to pines water taxis. very clean and sizeable rooms. very comfortable.

pool still under renovation, but this was kindly indicated by staff ahead of time. was thrilled overall.
