First time visiting that apartment, very friendly welcome from the lady !!!!! Thank you Very near to the sea , very clean . Instructions and helpful find , restaurant , market , and mine appointments. The balcony very big for my dog and so safe for children!!!!! You going see me again very soon :)

Very helpsome and friendly host,very big terasse ,good bed and quiet area.All equitment you need innside. Nice place not fare from beach and resturant,supermarket. Tramp railway.😊

Lovely, quiet place. Spacious and comfortable, the owner is very nice. My next stay in athens will certainly be at this place.

The frying pan was a bit too small, but it really doesn't matter 😀

The flat was very comfortable and tasteful, conveniently located near the sea and next to transportation. It is a nice place to relax as it is quiet, has a huge balcony and good quality sofas and beds. Also a very big smart tv, with Netflix and Disney plus. the host was very polite and helpful. Will definitely go back!

The price was high for the apartments quality and no owners reaction to solve problem with bathroom.

Spacious rooms and balkony

Location in Paleo Faliro is good. No private parking.Building looks abandoned, with bad smell at the entrance. Rooms are ok, old beds. Only one bathroom, with no toalet seat at all, and not properly clean. Second one is not a bathroom but toalet. Large tv but no tv chanells at all, only netflix. Large nice balcony. Area arround the building should be cleaned better.

Spacious and renovated in a good area by the sea - still a bit lifeless and bring your salt!

We were one of the very first people renting this flat and the place. The owners are superpleasant and very helpful. The place is very spacious and in a pleasant neighborhood with an OK beach in walking distance!

The place was just after renovation and obviously still not in the 100% shape. All those square meters felt empty. There was nothing in the kitchen - not even salt or a single coffee filter;) The place served well for one night stop but for longer stay I'd definitely wish a feeling that somebody was living there before. Huge balcony that goes around the whole place is another thing with potential yet unrealized.
