El piso estaba bien, bien ubicado y cómodo con sus tres habitaciones.
El piso no estaba muy limpio. Polvo y pelos principalmente. El desagüe de uno de los baños no iba muy bien y eso hacía salir fuera el agua dado que no bajaba normalmente.
Comodo el kit de bienvenida (1 pastilla lavadora, 1 pastilla lavavajillas etc) pero muy muy pequeño y justo (vamos, si te quedas más de una noche tienes que comprar.

Poca higiene. Había estanterías con polvo y motas por el suelo. Tuvimos que volver a lavar la sartén y otras cosas para poder utilizarlas. Una columna estaba destrozada y sin arreglar. El sofá cama se hundía por algunas partes. Faltaban sitios dónde dejar las cosas (sin baldas en los armarios y sin sitio dónde dejar un neceser en el baño... No nos dejaron toallas de mano, sólo de las grandes, un tanto extraño...

El departamento es cómodo y está bien equipado.
El hall de entrada y el del primer piso (donde estaba el departamento) estuvieron permanentemente inundados de un olor a cloaca, nauseabundo, difícil de soportar. Una lástima porque baja drásticamente la calificación del lugar.

La decoración y a comodidad de los espacios
Que no había ningún producto para lavar los platos y ningún trapo. También que preguntamos específicamente si el secador de pelo era normal o pequeño, nos dijeron que era normal pero era de los de viaje sin nada de potencia.

Decorado con un gusto exquisito. Cuenta con máquina de café (con cápsulas a tu disposición), tostadora, lavavajillas (con detergente a tu disposición), WIFI, lavadora, calefacción, menaje de cocina……

La ubicación (en la zona centro pero no en el "meollo" de todo), posibilidad de aparcar en zona azul y el apartamento modernamente decorado, amplio, buena calefacción, con dos habitaciones y dos baños, amplio salón incorporado a la cocina y con Netflix. Debajo del piso hay comercios para hacer la compra (Froiz y fruterías). Además dejaron cápsulas de café de cortesía y pastillas para la lavadora y el lavavajillas en discretas bolsitas de papel individuales. Tiene secadora, que siempre puede resultar de utilidad.
No funcionaba el microondas.

L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e funzionalità. Positiva la sua vicinanza al centro. Nelle immediate vicinanze market, bar e altri tipi di negozi.
Il comportamento della referente Anastazja, decisamente scortese. Si è rifiutata di fornire lenzuola pulite per sostituire quelle presenti in una delle camere, visivamente sporche e usate . Cosa ancora più grave, veniva fornito un codice di accesso errato per sbloccare la serratura di uno dei due appartamenti quello del 1° piano. Arrivati in tarda serata, tutti stanchi, siamo impazziti per più di un ora a trovare una soluzione per accedere a questo appartamento. Al numero telefonico fornito per le emergenze e anche a quello della referente non rispondevano. Ciò è stato confermata dal servizio di assistenza di Booking che, senza successo, anche il giorno successivo, ha provato a contattare la referente. I messaggi quella sera venivano invece letti e su mia richiesta venne reso attivo un link presente nella mail di conferma della prenotazione. Attivato il link, con una applicazione da scaricare sul cellulare e rendere attiva riuscii finalmente ad aprire la porta. Sarebbe stato corretto, logico e decisamente più semplice ricevere un nuovo codice di accesso funzionante, conosciuto da tutti i componenti dell'appartamento per permettere la necessaria libertà di movimento. Ma la referente, contattata su mia richiesta, la mattina successiva da una addetta delle pulizie sebbene informata delle problematiche che avevamo subito, rifiutò di fornire un nuovo codice di apertura della porta. Si rese disponibile eventualmente solo a sbloccare gli smartphone di ogni persona alloggiata in quell'appartamento. Ogni componente avrebbe dovuto quindi scaricare l'applicazione e renderla attiva per accedere all'appartamento. Inutile avere ripetutamente spiegato alla referente che la modalità prospettata non potesse tecnologicamente essere alla portata di tutti e che comunque sarebbe risultata una complicazione rispetto alla semplice digitazione di un codice numerico che ci era dovuto.

Por poner una pega, la dificultad para aparcar. Es zona verde, o azul. Pero si se quiere estar cerca del centro hay que asumir ese hándicap

Appalling customer service. Directed to wrong flat, then door would not lock/close. No wifi/netflix. No answer to emergency phone number. Did not resolve issues during trip despite contacting hosts, did not respond to email on return

The apartment was clean and well supplied. In principle we were happy with that.
During our stay there was a change in the entry code, so we sudennly could not get in. We tried to reach the owner when we were outside, but she was not available. This lead to a sequence of very distressed events, in which we had to contact Booking.com customer support and the owner herself and it overall it was a very unpleasant situation. We learned that the code (and backup number of the owner) was on a somekind of link that wasn't quite readable amongst all the things we've got during our time in Spain. Thanks to the Bookin.com support we were able to finally reach the owner and work out our problem and get to the apartment.

The image for the property is misleading and we believed we were getting an apartment near the ocean when it was in the city. The hosts are the worst I've experienced on booking.com ever, rude, not contactable, phones turned off. The amount of links you we had to follow to understand check is overcomplicated and the door code we believed was correct didn't work so we were locked out on the street four times.

Not very well furnished for a short stay (no bottled water on arrival, not enough toilet paper, no dish soap, etc.). Have been in other properties where there was a minimum of things upon arrival. For short stays of 3 days, one will not start buying soap and other items.

We rented 5 apartments for a big group and they were all new, clean, stylish and comfortable. Being able to get in all weekend using door codes instead of keys made it so much easier with so many people and the staff were so helpful with early checkins, leaving suitcases, answering questions. Theres a supermarket right downstairs and we could walk almost anywhere. would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling in small or large groups.
The front door sticks a bit but once we got the hang of it, no problem.

The location was fantastic.It was situated very close to the city center and to the train station.The cleanliness of the premise was exceeded our expectation.We were 3 guests and one of us slept on the sofa bed which was not very comfortable.Next time we will choose 2 bedroom apartment.Eventhough the check in time was 6 pm , our host let us to leave our belongings in the apartment.She was very kind and accommodating.This place will be our first choice next time we travel to A coruna.
