About this chalet rental

This luxurious newly built 4 bedroom chalet with hot tub is the perfect location for a Tremblant getaway. The property is located in a private domain just 15 minutes from Tremblant resort and close to many activities.

Offers 2 queen size bedrooms, 1 king size bedroom each with their own adjoining bathroom. The chalet has a bedroom for children with two bunk beds.

We are proud to announce the Heaven Lodge was the winner of the Grand Prix design in 2022.

Bedroom 1 : 1 king bed with luxury ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 2 : 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 3 : 1 queen bed with ensuite bathroom / Bedroom 4 : 2 bunk bed / Safe and clean stay : All bedding is washed in industrial machines at high temperature and then pressed.

You will receive a detailed check-in guide 48 hours prior to arrival.

Customer service is available everyday 24/7. An emergency number is provided upon arrival. You will be able to reach us at all times.

This area is the most ideal location that Tremblant has to offer! Truly the perfect balance of having the privacy of the serene woodland area and the proximity, all within a 15-minute drive, to the hustle and bustle of the lively Tremblant Resort Pedestrian Village with it's many shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and the world-class skiing experience. In between the mountain peaks and tree-lined hills are valleys that hold four main golf courses, that are bound to reward every calibre of golfer an amazing golf experience, all accessible within a 10-20 minute drive. Within this proximity is the Tremblant Old Village, Spa Scandinave and not much further the smaller ski resort, Mont-Blanc.

From this complex, the best way to get around is by car.

Please note, this unit is located in a rural mountain environment. Winter drives can be difficult, so please arrive in a vehicle equipped for all terrain types and with winer tires.

BBQ is only available from May to October.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 1000CAD, it includes the choice between
1- a security deposit with a non refundable fee of 30CAD or
2- a non-refundable damage waiver of 70CAD.

Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

I was expecting a lot more for this caliber of rental and for the price. To begin with, there was no "welcome package", and no instructions on how to work the fireplace, stovetop, front door lock, hot tub, or any other appliances. We were not able to lock the doors or work the fireplace for half of our stay, until someone was available to help us with this. We also did not have any garbage bags, oven mits, or paper towels. These things are basic, and it was quite a burden to go without. Moreover, our outdoor patio was completely covered in cigarette butts. Needless to say, that is repulsive, and made us not want to use the hot tub or outdoor amenities, not knowing if the rest of it was clean. The blinds in the bedroom with bunkbeds is almost falling off, and quite unsettling. Although your staff is very kind, they were very hard to reach. The reception is very poor and the phone lines kept being cutoff. As a matter of fact, it was quite impossible to use our phones at all. I hope there is some way to rectify the unpleasant and very underwhelming experience I had at your Lodge. Looking forward to hearing back.
