About this house rental

Large home consisting of four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a loft, which can accommodate up to 12 adults and 6 kids under 12 years of age. Located on a calm cove perfect for water activities and just 15 minutes to fast water. You'll enjoy a gorgeous outdoor deck with bar, BBQ and plenty of seating to eat, play or relax while taking in the fabulous views.

A large gourmet kitchen welcomes you to create delicious meals, while the attached great room invites you to socialize around the 65" TV and inside bar area with beautiful views of the delta. This fantastic indoor bar opens to the outside bar, so you can socialize and sip your favorite beverages while experiencing indoor/outdoor living in beautiful weather. There is also a spacious living room with a 75" TV and large sectional couch to gather and watch a movie after a fun filled day. You can spend quality time around the extensive dining room table that seats 10. A friendly competition is calling your name in the roomy loft filled with board games, chess table and more. There are four charming bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep, so you can recharge and be ready to start the next day refreshed! Three full bathrooms to facilitate large groups. The house is recently equipped with a tankless water heater so you don't have to worry about running out of hot water. Two to three cars can fit in the driveway along with additional street parking.

The home features a private dock, as well as plenty of space for fishing and parking for boats up to 40'. Guests are welcome to use all our fabulous water toys which include:
* 2 single person kayaks,
* 2 paddle boards,
* 1 pedal boat that seats 4,
* 4 round noodle sling floaties, and
* 17 plus life jackets.

- NO EATING OR DRINKING ON FURNITURE OR IN BEDROOMS & LOFT

- NO MORE THAN 12 ADULTS & 6 CHILDREN UNDER 12 AT A TIME IN THE HOUSE

- NO MUSIC OR LOUD NOISES AFTER 10 PM OR BEFORE 8 AM

- NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE

- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED (Please note that owner is highly allergic and will have severe allergic reaction if any pets on property, so we greatly appreciate your cooperation)

- SECURITY CAMERAS (We have security cameras on the exterior of the home. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.)

Beautiful home and great bedroom layout for 3 families (one room per couple and big room with bed and bunks for all 7 teens to sleep comfortably.) Enjoyed boating (there is a boat on the lift so you have to dock your boat uncovered on the side of dock.) Issue with BBQ but owner responsive to fixing it. Loved hanging out on the deck in the evenings and they had board games for fun. Large comfy couch when everyone was exhausted and needed down time.

This property was perfect for our group—the kids loved the kids room and the setup was so nice, clean and spacious. Exactly what we were looking for! Deana was super responsive and all the communication was clear and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We are a group of women who celebrate milestone birthdays and this was a perfect house for it! Even though we didn’t spend much time on the water toys we enjoyed sitting out on the patio looking at the water! It was amazingly quiet and relaxing. The kitchen and bar had everything we needed for making our meals and there was lent of room to spread out. Thank you Deana for being very responsive.

This home was perfect for our party of 14. There was plenty of space for everyone inside and out. The location was great for lounging both in and out of the water. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials plus some. We would definitely rent this home again.

We stayed for 5 nights and had other family members in other houses nearby. This house was perfect for dunners and games with plenty of seating. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The host was great as well. Everyone enjoyed the water toys and we brought our own boat. It is quite a drive to fast water, but a fun stay.

The property was great, there was plenty of room and enough space to allow us to escape each other when needed. A couple of areas that could be improved. 1) The bathrooms upstairs have low water pressure and limited hot water. While there is signage to advise how to draw the water, the nozzle has to be turned almost to off to get adequate hot water which then lowers the pressure. 2) It would be a good idea to label the cabinets in the kitchen in order to limit time searching. Other than that, everything was easy and well thought out. We plan to implement many of the ideas at our own properties!

My friends and I stayed here to play board games. There were enough beds for us, the table was large, and the size of the TV was an added bonus. Owner was responsive. Great stay.

We have been doing our friends trip to Discovery Bay for the last 4 years. We always look for houses that can accommodate 5 couples. Being that there's only 4 bedrooms, we were able to make the upstairs loft into it's own bedroom and it worked great! This house had plenty of room for 10 adults. It was clean and well stocked. Better than any other house we have used. Deana (the Owner) was great to work with. We needed more trash bags, so she took the time out of her day to bring us some. She answered all our questions when needed. We would definitely recommend this house!

We had a great time at this property. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The amenities provided such as kayaks, pedal boat and stand up paddle boards was icing on the cake. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!

Definitely recommend this rental to others who want to get away to something nice and relaxing. Not too far from SF yet secluded in a nice area. Total plus for those that love water play and fishing. Thank you for having us.

Had lots of fun on the water with the paddle boards and kayaks. It’s a nice quiet location with an excellent layout for entertaining. Kids and adults had a super time. We will be back.

We were a large group and the house worked great for us. It was clean, very well stocked and the view and vibe was great. We used the deck and boats in the mornings and evenings (day was hot) and the outdoor expereince was very nice. Highly recommend if looking for relaxed and laid back time on a quiet bay.
