The view speaks for itself…we never got tired of sitting on the deck or just looking outside from the living area. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Bedrooms are downstairs which could be an issue for those with mobility issues. Comfortable beds. Overall a very great place and will plan on staying there again. Great owner communication. Prompt, honest, and easy to work with.

Great location for all things Cincinnati! The house had plenty of room for our family. We had a great view of the skyline. The property owner was great and very responsive!

If you’re not familiar with the Mt. Adams area, you should check it out. Minutes from downtown and all that it offers, this little neighborhood has so much to offer and this home was no exception. We had my wife, our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 kids and this place was perfect. Cute, functional kitchen along with a very comfortable living room and spectacular deck with amazing views of the city below. Amenities included 2 bedrooms, both entirely adequate for what we needed. Just a wonderful stay. We will be back and will be looking to book here again.

The duplex was was quirky and we liked it. It was a bit misrepresented about sleeping arrangements. There were some safety issues too. The locks on the gates of both decks were broken and someone almost fell down the stairs. The sliding door on the main floor was very difficult to open, rollers didn’t work. Also the house needed a good cleaning and some cooking utensils in the kitchen would have been nice. The area where the duplex is located is very special and overall we enjoyed our stay.
