About this house rental

Who said you can't be in the jungle and the city at the same time? As seen in PaperCity Magazine This Tulum inspired 3 bed, 3.5 bath luxury townhome is conveniently located in the East downtown/East River area but is designed to give guests a feeling of being immersed in the jungle. Whether you are coming to Houston for business or pleasure, this smart home is equipped with everything you need. It sleeps 14 guests and features amenities such as complimentary Nespresso Italian Coffee, an outdoor grill, fireplace, and hot tub.

You will have access to the entire townhome during your stay. The enclosed garage fits two full-sized vehicles, and the driveway can fit two more vehicles. There is additional free street parking in front of the home.

The downstairs area has a large open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The chef-style kitchen features a KitchenAid appliance package including a 5-burner gas range stove with a double oven. The custom dining room table can seat up to 8 people and the living room has a large designer leather sectional with additional accent seating. The open floor plan extends into the large backyard for more entertaining space.

The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bonus room/flex space that can be used as an office or for sleeping. There are enough beds to sleep 12 guests and there is an option to add an airmattress which can sleep 2 additional guests.

To ensure the safety of our guests, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the property providing 24 hour surveillance. There are no cameras inside the home.
Please note that additional sheets or comforters will not be provided for the pull out bed or the air mattress unless requested by the guest.

This townhome is located near a highly forested area. Therefore it is expected that bugs and other wild-life can be encountered near the property. The property is regularly treated for bugs and other pests but it is not a perfect solution. Please note that if you see bugs in the home or wildlife in the backyard that no refunds will be given.

This townhome is located near the freeway, however, we have made additional structural changes to provide maximum soundproofing and comfortability for our guests. While these changes have reduced noise significantly, there will still be some noises from the nearby train and adjacent freeway.

My family, friends, and I had a lovely stay at this property and were instantly impressed with the Jungle them throughout the home, and the voice activated features throughout. Keiron and his partner were available to us 24/7 and helped with our every request, which was much appreciated. The home looks just like the pictures and better! The jacuzzi was hot, the house was clean, the decor was immaculate, and the hosts were responsive and extremely polite. I had family and friends over throughout the days that we were there, and everyone was impressed with the house. There was more than enough space for all of us. There were nicely sized bunk beds and/or two beds in each room, plus a pull out sofa in the study area. There's also washer and dryers with detergent included in case you need to do laundry. The location was also amazing. It was very quiet outside and noone bothered us at no time. We were close to plenty of restaurants and shops, and only about 7 minutes from downtown Houston. Overall, I will definitely look into renting this home again to support my future stays in Houston!

The place was exactly how everything was in the photos. It was very nice and clean. When we arrived we arrived early and Keiron welcomed us. He made sure everything was good for our stay and he is very very nice ! The place was AMAZING and perfect for a group Girls trip. Everything was a perfect distance and Ubers were cheap. Very satisfied and recommend

I booked for a Girls trip for NYE and everyone loved the house! There were 6 of us and the house could easily sleep 2 more, so we were very comfortable. Beautiful interior & patio with thoughtful features: google home/controls, well labeled instructions for switches throughout home, foil and plastic wrap dispensers in kitchen. Bedrooms, baths, common area were clean, spacious, well tempered. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to booking, leading up to the trip and upon arrival. The keypad check-in was seamless. He provided us with list of recommendations for caterers, points of interest, and nearby attractions. We enjoyed the artwork, fresh smell, and open layout. There is a 2 car Garage and driveway parking included. Additionally, the home has well lit front and back entrances with cameras so everyone felt safe. Board games and karaoke machine were also provided, but we didn’t end up using them…still appreciate the thought. It could be great for families with kids. We had a couple rental cars and took a lyft for NYE, so we didn’t mind the location not being walkable. If you plan to spend time in the city, consider transportation when booking. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks, Keiron!
